Greeted upon arrival and told that my reserved king room was unavailable and would a queen be okay. I needed a king so I left to find other accommodation, then 10 min leter received a vall that due to clean rooms not being updated they DID have a room.
Ok so i went back, my mistake as the bed was uncomfortable, pillows were small and lumpy. Then at 2am what sounded like a fight with screaming, yelling and lots of swearing occured in the hallway. This lasted for over an hour and front desk just rang with no answer. What also bothered me was the stress put on the $100 room deposit we were advised over 3 times and there were signs. This is pretty typical to charge a deposit but made me feel like they expected us to ruin towels or sheets as we were advised that stains would be charged against the deposit.
When checking out we were told that they had already heard about the unruly guests and that they were already gone.
Never asked about the rest of our stay or even seemed apologetic that our sleep was disturned. It concerned me that this is possibly a regular occurance. I wont be back.
