There wasn’t any major issues - which is all we wanted just to sleep for the night. Very limited options for getting food so be prepared to eat at the hotel.

Last minute booking as wasn't sure sure how far I would get with my journey and was pleased with the welcome I got and the room was all ready with the sofa bed made up for my son so well done to all informed .. will definitely tried this one again on another trip .

The property was great. Just what we needed for our small family. The reception was very welcoming and pleasant. We were well taken care of. The food was so delicious.

The stay was just ok the two nights I stayed with my daughter was good but breakfast wasn’t the best wasn’t offered coffee as I sat down no plates or glasses to take food breakfast options were lacking and when I asked if there was any pastry’s the reply I got was there are all gone no apologies etc and also one of the staff nearly walked into me with a full jug of coffee. There must of been a wedding on as the noise was horrendous the first night sleep was ok but the second night wasn’t good.

Everything is good. Just the restaurant is busy in the morning for breakfast

The hotel rooms are tired and needing some love. Bed was comfy. Food in the hotel was a let down. Would not eat there again. A big dog peed on the couch the bar area and a huge puddle was made on the floor. All that was done a few paper towels to soak it ip. No propper cleaning and that disturb us.

Overnight stay and whilst evening menu didn’t have many options for gluten free diet, Calum, our waiter went out of his way to ensure my husband was able to enjoy a main course.

Great for a short stay - family of 3, plenty of room in the family room, great full length mirror, space to get ready, comfy beds and love the pillow choice. We had our multi plug extension lead for charging multiple devices. Food was good, we had 4 tapas and chips which was enough for 2. Great value.

Stayed here many times however booked in got to room key card didn't work. Went for meal ordered starter and main. They missed starter off. Got main. (Lasagne) It was ted hot, over cooked I think, rubbery, bland. Last time I stayed remember breakfast was poor as well. Disappointing

It’s the second time I’ve stayed there in the last 6 months, solely due to its location based around my work. Unfortunately this will be the last occasion. In my opinion it needs a refurb. The rooms are looking tatty now. To add to this, the staff are not the most welcoming, especially in the restaurant. Just felt a bit stale to me.

My husband and i stayed overnight on our way to Scotland. For ease of access off the M6, the location is great. Everything was just 'ok' at the hotel however, the bedding (inside duvet and pillows) were very smelly. The outer cases had been washed but the inside bedding smell came through. If i wasnt so tired at midnight i would have complained. Thankfully we were only staying that one night. The staff were very nice and did their best considering they were short staffed that morning.

This hotel is very family friendly, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The curtains and sofa smelled dusty but everything else was clean

Booked with expedia, wrong date given. No refund available even after contacting both the hotel and expedia within an hour of booking. Contacted hotel who said it depends on what expedia decide, and expedia stated the hotel were unwilling to refund? Either way i would advise to avoid both at all costs!
