Personale estremamente gentile , migliorerei le indicazioni delle varie aree , sia interne che esterne. Struttura abbastanza nuova, ampi spazi, verde in abbondanza. Ideale per chi ama il golf ma anche per ricaricare le pile qualche giorno.

Great location, beautiful design hotel. Perfect for a relaxing Tuscan holiday. Wonderful breakfast and pleasant staff.

The place is nice but it wasn't anything fantastic. It's overpriced for what it is, you will definitely need a car.

The hotel design is quite impressive and contributes to the atmosphere, which is quiet and relaxing. However some details were a bit annoying: one side of the bed doesn't have a side-table; there is only one lounging chair on the terrace; it is impossible not to flood the bathroom floor when using the shower. The biggest drawback for us was the food; average at best by Italian standards and clearly overpriced. It is impossible to have proper food served in anything else than plastic bento boxes at the pool.

Service was great, breakfast buffet was AMAZING and the resort was super quite and relaxing. They were going for the modern look in the rooms but it comes across as a bit cold I think. The Bed was very comfortable though and the bathroom had both shower and large soaker tub which was ver nice. I would go back ...The "Spa" was average at best.. I expected a bit better considering its supposed to be a destination Golf and SPA resort. Next time I will try the golf course.

The Hotel stands in a fabulous location, we did not enjoy our stay purely because there was load music played everywhere you went, even when you went to the edge of the terrace to admire the view ,thinking you had got as far away as you could from the music, there was a cube which looked like a white table, it was in fact a speaker and the music was there. The music spoilt the place as the hotel sits in an area of outstanding natural beauty but you cannot get any peace, if you fancy an afternoon nap after swimming and want to drift off whilst listening to bird song, please book somewhere else.

This hotel is all wrong! First and formost it is located in the middle of nowhere with UNPAVED roads making it extreemly inconvenient to get to. We spent New Years weekend there and it was completely booked. We were LUCKY to have luke warm water for showering and the hotel was cold. The shower was ABSOLUTELY disgusting as the tiles inside the shower were dirty and the fixtures were rusty and moldy. The food was average. The biggest isuue by far was the cleanlieness of the hotel- which was less than you would expect at a motel.

Algo alejado, pero a la vez es una de sus fortalezas por la paz y quietud. Vale ir. Personal excelente en todas las áreas, sin notas negativas. Comida y desayuno excelentes. Habitaciones muy cómodas.

The cost for Wintergreen was high.

Una vera oasi di pace dove sentirsi coccolati con un attenzione ai dettagli eccellente, staff preparato e cordiale. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto che i campi da tennis siano compresi nella tariffa del pernottamento insieme a una spa curata e funzionale, compresa di palestra con tutti gli attrezzi necessari.

Nagyon szép környezet, tágas szép szobák. A szobában nem tudtuk használni a kádat, mert a dugó rossz volt, ezt sajnos nem is javították meg. A reggeli elég szűkös választékú. A golfpálya jó minőségű. Jól éreztük magunkat.

Hospedagem em nossa passagem pelo hotel foi excelente, area de piscina excelente, translado para a praia e pelo atendimento dedicado da equipe que também nos indicaram ótimos programas e restaurantes. O pessoal da piscina nos atendeu super bem também. O Dama Dama restaurante foi uma excelente experiência no por do so!!! Agradecemos Nicola e equipe pela experiência!!!

No hay palabras de como explicarles la atención que recibimos principalmente por parte de Giovani di biasse de Costumer service, nosotros tenemos dieta especifica kosher, se encargaron de capacitar perfectamente a todo el hotel antes de nuestra llegada, nos ayudaron a preparar cada desayuno , comida y cena acorde a nuestros requerimientos, despues, el servicio de restaruantes por parte de nicola, alocci y emiliano lombardelli fue un espectauculo, cada dia la preparación de la comida fue mejor, y el servicio brindado muy bueno, asi mismo el bartender con unas bebidas muy originales y buenas.. el servicio de recepción muy agradable, y el hotel impecable, 100% recomendable, cualquier persona que este por la zona, y desee pasar unos dias con calma y muy placenteros, el club de playa en muy buen estado en la giannella, nos hemos quedado en varios hoteles y nunca habíamos recibido un trato tan personalizado, Giovani brindo ayuda con la comida, la preparación de utenciloos especiales, pruebas covid, transporte al puerto civitavechia, ademas de constantemente preguntar si se ofrecia algo mas, muy satisfecho con nuestra estanciaMás

Molto bella la struttura- Super pulita e spaziosa. Dog friendly anche se nn avevamo portarlo la nostra cagnolina. Servizio teli per andare al mare. Dove si può migliorare: Alla colazione il servizio caffè/ te’/ succo viene portato al tavolo dopo tantissimo tempo e dopo aver richiesto di controllare lo status dell’ordine - peccato!

Bellissima struttura. Camera molto bella e ampia, con grande terrazzo dotato di lettini e tavolino. Colazione eccellente, prodotti di ottima qualità e varietà Palestra molto attrezzata. Nei servizi sono inclusi campi da tennis e paddle. Una settimana di grande relax.
