Didnt get the breakfast was way to much money. When you can walk right out side and get breakfast for half the price

the gym was pretty weak. Replace all the lame stuff with one universal machine that has multiple options and still saves space.

Rude untrained staff at front desk. Rèfused to call manager saying there was none. Later admit t1here is a supervisor but seemed rekuctant to call. Refused to explain problem clearly. Edit: I find your attitude offensive. I gave an honest review and you won't publish it. Then so be it. But i probably wont use your services again. Other booking services exist.

Great stay, location is great and the rooms have space. But they need to upgrade the TV size. 25” TV is not going to cut it. This hotel makes too much money that you need binoculars to watch tv.

This was 1 of 5 hotels we stayed in during our 3-week journey through various European countries. This hotel was by far the best, top notch in every facet! We particularly enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room, staff, breakfast and location as it is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the Wiesbaden Hbf train station. We would definetely consider staying at this hotel again.

Had a conference at the RheinMain Congress Center and was recommended to stay at this hotel. What a great recommendation! Location within walking distance, lovely hotel, great service and room has everything I needed!

Great hotel with swimming pool and sauna. Great bar. Friendly staff.

Overall nice. The parking garage is about standrad for a European city - i.e. very small spaces, extremely tight turns at places. It was a challenge fitting our XC90 in, but it was able to fit (barely.)

The staff was very approachable and helpful. The hotel was clean and presentable.

Great location for our visit to the wine fest. Very comfortable. Nice to have an onsite parking garage. Good service at their bar and front desk. We did not do the breakfast. We will return for our next trip.

Absolutely pleasurable and definitely comfortable! The parking was extremely convenient, the pool & gym were great, but the room was the BEST!

I didnt really use the facilities much as i was always out for the full day but what i did use was brilliant
