Poor Jose at the desk was all alone and the phone would not stop long enough for him to help the people in front of him. He was very nice and helpful but having no backup was not appropriate when the hotel was as booked as it seemingly was. There was a lot of ants in our room. The pullout sofa bed was cardboard thin - we know sofa beds are awful but this was truly an exceptional kind of awful. The room in general was fine but needs updating and more thorough cleaning. In general it was OK but there were some serious issues like the desk being understaffed and the cleanliness of the room that keeps this hotel from being a repeat.

Overall the stay was good! It was clean, the staff were friendly, check in was easy. Complimentary breakfast was good with fresh fruit and different things daily. The pool was clean. Outside they had seating, a fire pit, and two grills. I would stay there again!

It was great . The beds were comfortable, it was very clean and the breakfast was delicious ! It’s only 13 minutes from Dorney park ! It was a great time for me and the family . Walmart was about 15 minutes away , which wasn’t bad either . I would definitely go back .

Good location. Cozy hotel and rooms. More seating in the breakfast area is needed. Soom rooms are updated and others are not. Could use a deep cleaning. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

My room was very nice and very clean. My only complaint would be the outlet by the desk was blocked by the desk so I had to pull the desk out from the wall a little bit. I would like to give a high praise to Jesse who worked in the kitchen breakfast area. Jesse did an awesome job, empting trash and replenishing the food. He was working diligently and he was very nice. My hat is off to Jesse.

The hotel was great! Definitely staying here again ! The laundry / fitness area was not as clean as the rest of the hotel. One employee seemed overwhelmed maybe personal issues so tried to overlook it. Otherwise wonderful experience

Hotel is ok. We stayed suite it says 6 adults , but really for 5 people sofa bed is just for one person.

The room had an overpowering air freshener smell. The shower knob on the spout needs work, the tub didn't drain well and when tub surface is wet its extremely slippery and with nothing to hold onto its extremely dangerous. When checking out I reported these issues and clerk didn't seem to care.

Everything about this place is amazing. Clean surrounding, friendly staff, convenient location. Amenities are great very clean.

We literally needed a place to sleep so we could be close to the PPL Center for Muhlenberg College commencement. We arrived late at night; I had messaged the hotel when I made the reservation to have them note the late arrival. They replied that it was taken care of. I called when we got on the road at 9:30pm just to reconfirm that we were guaranteed, and the front desk person was almost surprised by my doubt - "it's already noted in the reservation!" So, very on top of things. The night person was very friendly when we arrived. The room was newly renovated - very modern and tasteful. Comfy bed, for the relatively few hours we slept in it. Can't comment on breakfast - my husband had a blueberry scone he said was pretty good, plus some yogurt. I had asked him to get me eggs if there were any, so if I had a complaint it would be that the "egg maker was broken that morning" so there were no eggs. It happens. Great location - maybe 20 min from the PPL Center. I would absolutely stay here again!!

I stayed here in May 2025 and had to switch rooms due to ants, a stained mattress, and unsanitary conditions. The second room wasn’t much better—visible dirt, questionable stains, and a broken A/C unit. Housekeeping ignored the Do Not Disturb sign twice, once even trying to enter while I was inside. I also felt uncomfortable and pressured by a staff member who insisted on knowing the reason for my stay and wrongly charged me a pet fee, despite my dog being a clearly marked service animal. A manager did remove the pet fee and confirmed these issues, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Super nice staff and big (albeit) dated rooms. The free breakfast was pretty solid too. Def a good choice for a Dorney Park visit.
