Clean room, but the desk lamp did not work properly as the bulb constantly flickered. Also, the wall light near the window did not work at all. We felt that these things should be checked by the cleaning staff on a daily basis as it wouldn’t take long to switch on a lamp and wall lights while dusting them. We reported the broken lights to the receptionist when we checked out the next day.

We only stayed one night as we had an early flight the next morning and we were too early for breakfast. The evening meal we had was very good in food quality and value.

The breakfast was very poor. Lukewarm food - inedible. Air conditioning was very noisy and we only discovered how to turn it off as we were leaving.

Easy check in, good breakfast, easy and cheap to park. Only small point was the cleaning team ask that we keep towels, which we did, only for them to remove them on the second day and not replace with the same amount of towels for the people that were staying in the room.

Great place and the staffs were absolutely amazing.

Pleasant spacious clean room, turned over daily. Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Good location for travellers, business and personal alike. Bar had a good selection of drinks. self-serve buffet breakfast was tasty. I’d definitely stay here again.

There was a hole in the wall by bed and the light shade on the wall keep falling off.bed was very hard and the pillow was very hard . But everything else was great.

Nothing outstanding, just a good clean reasonably priced hotel. With free breakfast, a bonus that most hotels don’t offer. Comfortable bed. Parking can be a challenge.

I nearly didn’t go as I read so many bad reviews on trust pilot,so I was pleasantly surprised that it turned out as good as it did and was glad I went. The check in process was simple although the receptionist was there to help, parking was advertised ,via a pay machine inside the reception or in the car Car park on arrival I was offered a ground floor room or a different floor the choice was mine. The bedroom was very clean loads of towels, and toiletries etc, my free breakfast was good this morning if a tad busy, but was warned by staff it would be ,hot and cold food available good choices. All in all I would say a great stay, and the staff were lovely and friendly,ate in the evening in pub across the car park and I have to say it was the best beef roast I’d ever had.i would say that the shower door was the only blip of an otherwise great stay, it needs repairs,and looked grubby but that’s doable ,so all in all I would say well holiday inn express Filton .

We booked a family room for 4 people and only 2 beds were provided. I have a son and daughter so not ideal them sharing. Room was tiny.

Room was a bit dated and there were a few issues with cleanliness like the bedside table had spilled coffee stains on it, the room also had a funny smell when we walked in, but it was comfortable enough. Staff were great and very friendly. The breakfast was pretty average but did its job, and for free, you can’t really complain. My biggest complaint was the noise from kids running/ racing up and down the corridor constantly up to about 11pm. Not the hotels fault but would’ve thought someone would’ve put a stop to it sooner.
