This hotel is old but very clean!!! When we walked in the lobby and breakfast area the first thing we noticed is how clean it was! The rooms have carpet, the bathtub was clean but rusty in areas. The hotel is not far from the mall and shopping! Not far from the thruway!

My wife is disabled and there are steps from the parking lot. No first floor rooms available. Long walk to room.Elevator out of service for no apparent reason. Still, rooms were clean and staff was courteous.

Great Deal For The Money I stayed for three nights and had a fantastic experience. Well-managed, clean, quiet, spacious room, comfortable bed, great location, shower head with strong water pressure soothes and caresses the skin so much so that I wanted to fall asleep. Breakfast had a nice assortment of food and fruit. If you into biking, the Lehigh valley and auburn trails are nearby. The goal of my stay is to see Niagara Falls. This was the ideal spot in terms of its location and wonderful accommodation. It is a two hour drive from the Niagara Falls.

A great hotel to stay at when you’re near Rochester, New York. The town of Victor has a nice mall, restaurants, and shops about a mile away from this location. Very clean and quiet hotel. We will come back if we’re in the area again.

This place is very well run and nice for the price. Couldn’t care less about ‘Eco Friendly’ virtue signalling BS. Maybe align your priorities with that of the VAST majority Hotels.com 🙄.

The stay was great but check-in not so good. I stood in front of the sensor to alert them of someone at the counter for almost 20 minutes before deciding to call the hotel ( 4:30am). The guy working the counter had to be asleep in the back room. When he finally came out to answer the phone after the 6th ring, with a big red mark on his forehead where it had been resting on something (I hung up). He asked my name grabbed my reservation sheet then almost fell sideways before catching himself. Handed me our key card and told us how to get to our room. Not once did he look at or ask for my ID.

Very pleased with our 1 night stay. They had everything we expected and it was located near eating and shopping.

We could hear car doors in the parking lot from our room. We could also hear people in the next room talking and in the hall. Also there is some kind of splatter on the wall between the TV and microwave station. Otherwise, it is a nice place in a nice area. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of options.
