Cheap hotel to stay in downtown…

We found the hotel Closed upon arrival. Had to booked another one in emergency. Reported immediately to Hotels.com. This case is pending resolution.

I showed up at 4pm to check in and nobody was there to open the door for me. So i went to lunch and came back half an hour later. Leaning lady opened the door and informed me that nobody was working and she didnt know when somebody would be at the desk to check me in. Pretty infuriating!

My experience here was great. The gal in the front desk was amazing in providing detailed recommendations on getting around the city and provided sources for day trips.

I stayed here twice and had a good experience both times. The reception and cleaning staff are wonderful and you can't beat the central location.

The reception and cleaning staff here were really excellent, but speak limited English. The location can't be beat as it is less than a block from the cathedral and walkable to the historic center sites of interest. The only improvements I would make would be to include a bathmat with the daily linens, have a towel rod or hook in the bathroom, and to have a shelf near the bathroom sink for putting toiletries. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Puebla!

Great location

We were lucky enough to get a room during a very busy weekend and stayed one night only. The room was big, comfortable, and clean. The water was hot, the hair products good and despite the crowded streets, it was very quiet for us to rest a while. For three friends traveling together, it was a good budget/comfort pick. No elevator, so be mindful of heavy luggage. Nevetheless, the concierge helped with the bags and getting taxis.

The service it was nice but in the night I was in need of assistance and nobody respond to my call.

Good location in downtown Puebla, rooms and beds too small, no wi-fi

Small rooms without phone or facing outside windows. The whole hotel smells to chlorine. No extra sets of sheets, blankets. Reception won't pick up the phone if there is no more vacancy even if you are a guest already

Horrible hotel, we pay for junior suite with double bed and they give us a very small tittle room with only one bed. very small bathroom. we ask for a extra pillow and the answer NO we don't have extra pillows.

Very nice colonial feel, very good location right where you want to be.

The price is perfect. I think we have what we pay. The place is kid of old, but is part of the architecture.

Great and affordable rooms, perfect location.

They lost my reservation and made me deal with it. The room was a lot hotter than either the rest of the hotel and outside of it. Hair on the bathroom and on top of the TV. Several spider webs hanging from the ceiling. Free WiFi but extremely weak signal. The only window in the rooms opens to a hallway, with no curtain anyone can see you inside the room.
