Everything is ok

It was good

It’s a great deal if you’re looking budget friendly that includes breakfast. Much better to take Uber/Bolt rather than taking transit coz it’s quite far from the city centre. It’s quiet location plus a grocery store nearby. The staff are helpful and friendly. But all in all, it’s good and I do recommend.

Tiny rooms. No safe available in the rooms. Wont send anything up to your room - need to go down to reception.

Location is very much remote. Rooms are decent. Pull out couch is not comfortable at all. 20 min from the airport.

This hotel was dirty, it smelled like cigarettes in the lobby and the hallways and inside the room, the bathroom wall is translucent, you can see the silhouette of the person using the restroom or trying to take a shower, it was uncomfortable because my sons were staying in the room, the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and we would take the stairs because the elevators were very slow, the stairs had towels draped all Over the floor because the rain had seeped in through the roof, I don’t recommend this hotel

The hotel staff were extremely helpfull in every aspect! They gave us an overview of best restaurants to eat at and places to visit in Lisbon. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was great! Great Value for money!! We would definitely stay again!

Cannot get access to room temp control. Sometimes it is too cold to open the door and too hot to close it......

This was an amazing stay! We had two rooms due to the size of our family but the rooms were next to each other. The location was very convenient as well! We were very thankful for the breakfast as well!
