Nice hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. If you can get a cheaper rate, I would highly recommend.. at times can be very pricey

It was a nice quite stay and the hotel is in a good location.

We had a great experience. Rooms were large and accommodating. The view of the mountains was beautiful. Property was well maintained and the staff was exceptional.

We enjoy our stay here every time, staff is friendly, rooms are great and the hot tub/pool combo is wonderful!

Mattress was very squeaky and caved in the middle. Pull out couch had wrecked floor under it and the cushions were ripped out from the couch making it hard for your head not to fall down a hole. Zippers were also broken on the couch. Yes we did tell the front desk. They informed us all mattresses were new-either they missed replacing one (our room) or they were super cheap, or broken bed frame ? We had very sore back from the cheap, creaky and likely old mattress

Hot tubs and pool were great. Perfect location and close enough to easily walk downtown.

Our stay was amazing. We had an issue during the night and the manager came up immediately and moved us to another room. In the morning we had mentioned that the room we were placed in seemed much smaller and they accommodated us again to move us to a room similar to the first. They absolutely didn’t have to accommodate this as the room we were moved to was technically the same type of room. The service was exemplary and would highly recommend.

Nice location for a scenic walk to lots of shops and restaurants.

The pool and hot tub area were very good but often crowded. The rooms were spotless. Would definitely consider going back. Thank you to the great staff.

They run this property horribly. They should’ve told us that he at the park half a mile away and walk.

Tv captions werent working, but the staff were super friendly. The room was fantastic, although the bed was just not for us, a little bit too hard. Otherwise a good experience

Excellent experience at the hotel. Very comfortable bedding and beds. Helpful and welcoming staff. Outdoor warm pool and hot tubs were great for entertaining kids. Convenient locations to a few good restaurants and coffee shops, walking distance. Warm parking. It would be good to have a quick breakfast or at least a coffee bar at the hotel.

So this was like a 4.6-4.8 out of 5 place, it is SUPER clean, the room we got was spacious, welcoming and over all inviting. The staff was helpful and kind. We did used the hot tub, and it was also clean and great to use. So the only one small thing, was that the ceiling is paper thing, I woke up a few time at night and the early morning due to the stomping on the second floor, felt like there was a sasquatch rugby team up their training or their kids had crazy zoomies. So my advice is, that if sleep is one of your absolute must, only get the top floor, the black outs where great, the bed was awesome, the windows did not let outside noise in. If I had my ear plugs I would of slept like the dead, like my wife did.
