Free parking, quiet, clean and spacious

toilet is very small. good for one or two nights, but not for a long stay

If you are depressed do not stay here, it will only make it worse

You get what you pay for... but this hotel is clean tidy and well situated with friendly staff

i was charged extra after leaving the hotel for not having replaced the dishes in the cupboard (i washed then and left them on the surface to dry) and apparently i was expected to empty the trash myself. at a hotel. and i was supposed to glean this information from a sticker posted on the wall.

It would have been perfect had there been a solution to the laundry services. I had run out of Euros, and there was no option to purchase this service on site other than via euro coins, €8.00 was all that was needed but without coins to that value I was unable to use these services. Could you look into adding this option when booking this type of accommodation; similar to breakfast!

Unfortunately we arrived after checkin time and there was no way to recover the room.

It was adequate but spacious for the price, and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Exactly half of the 10 lights in the apartment had blown bulbs or just did not work. Self catering would have been useful if any shops were open to purchase food but it was Sunday, so no luck for me. The loo was disgustingly stained and set under a huge water tank which I banged my head on trying to use it.

Wi-Fi worked well!, ample parking and supermarket within a brisk 10 minute walk- mattress was comfy

Great property for the money. Excellent area. Very quiet. Easy to walk downtown. Very friendly front desk staff. The property is a bit tired but there are a lot of renovations taking place. Parking is great. Wifi is good.

Good location, friendly front desk team but poor cleanliness

Very run down hotel. Everything very shabby. Wouldn't recommend under any circumstances. Nothing like the pictures they advertise. Not even a 1 star. Divonne is a nice town though.

Perfect base for any stay we dipped in and out of France and Switzerland and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed in Divonnes over New Years and stayed at the Versoix on 2 separate occasions. The rooms were spacious as an apartment and reasonably clean. The second apartment (we extended our stay for a few days) was better, more spacious and felt better. The one drawback from the first apartment was the smell of aged cigarette smoke lingering in the room. Check first...! Overall a decent experience if ou need to stay on the French side - Geneva is 25 odd minutes away
