We liked the friendly and helpful staff. The dining area and breakfast food was great. My kids enjoyed the pool. The elevators were a little wonky.

PLACE WAS EXCELLENT, STAFF WAS AWESOME, GYM WAS 🏋️‍♂️ GREAT, BEACH WAS A COUPLE OF BLOCKS AWAY FROM HOTEL, BUT AWESOME SERVICE AT BEACH ⛱️ WAS AWESOME. GOT EARLY CHECK IN,ALSO THEY GOT US A CAB TO THE PORTH ASAP. THANK YOU

After traveling for 13 hours we were very hungry, but there was not a restaurant onsite. It did have a snack bar which was better than nothing. It was pouring rain outside, so we were not wanting to walk a couple blocks to find an alternative. The rooms were clean and welcoming.

What you see ia what you get and it's worth it. Conveniently located, great breakfast spread, rooms are exactly as advertised.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of March. Overall, the hotel was fitting for the price! Clean, a cute convenience area for hotel snacks, and the free breakfast is always a plus. The fan in our room was unfortunately making noises the entirety of our stay so i had a hard time sleeping. The bathrooms for an average room with a king size bed are also super tiny and because of that leaving any wet towels in there creates a mildew smell from the lack of air flow. The walls are also super thin so you can hear any conversation happening if you’re in the hall. The breakfast wasn’t bad, the TV had lots of options, and the bed was comfortable too. It is your average priced hotel. The one thing that was above and beyond was the staff. The front desk workers are so caring and enthusiastic and all the cleaning people are extremely friendly and very kind. Alex was on his third day at the job at the front desk and it felt like he had been doing his job forever. He was the friendliest face I saw every day and you can tell he truly cares about his customers. It was truly lovely running into him even if I wasn’t needing anything from him. He was attentive, educated, and offered his help in any way he could. I would stay here again!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful hotel after enduring two rather uncomfortable nights at a different establishment. My initial choice was located in a less secure area, which left me feeling quite uneasy. Transitioning to this hotel was like stepping into a sanctuary, as it is situated in a much safer and more vibrant part of town, catering to tourists like myself. One of the standout features of this hotel was its prime location; everything we could possibly need was just a leisurely walk away, including the beautiful beach. The accessibility to various attractions made our stay all the more enjoyable. The staff here truly went above and beyond to enhance our experience. They were exceptionally communicative, providing us with valuable insights about local events and dining options. Their recommendations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were spot on, and they were refreshingly honest about what was within walking distance versus what would require an Uber ride. This transparency helped us plan our days more effectively. I also want to emphasize the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room and the common areas were meticulously maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The overall atmosphere was inviting, which certainly contributed to my positive experience. In summary, this hotel completely redeemed my trip after the unfortunate start at my previous accommodation. I genuinely have nothing but praise for this establishment.

the property is in the center of Condado PR and very convenient. But the bed for my first night has bed bug. Although they said they test it with negative, i was pretty sure the about 15 bites on my leg happened during the night and I didn't see any mosquitos in the room before I went to bed. Be fair, the hotel tried to make it up. they hotel moved me to another room as I requested and didn't want to risk for another set of bites. In addition, they have a very small and dirty swim pool with the broken hot tub. these were not correctly posted in Expedia website when we book it.

Transport from the Hotel was very easy . I also love the environment area around the hotel , the close proximity to the sea was a plus for me

Nice stay, close to the beach, the hotel provides access to its own sunbeds at the beach with towels Around the hotel you may find a lot of cafes, restaurants. It’s just 10-15min drive from downtown For runners - great place to start running route Wifi was great!

This hotel is about the location. Comfortable bed and hot shower. The basics. La ubicación del hotel está perfecto. Ducha caliente y cama cómoda. Todo lo básico necesario.

Very conveniently located in the tourist Condado area of San Juan, the property is close to the main corridor of restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops. The interior could use a little updating with fresh, brighter colors and the carpeting in the lobby looks drab. Valet parking will set you back @$25/day. The rooms have old style microwaves and small refrigerators. There's a dining room that offered free breakfast. Vending machines round out the beverage and food choices.

Stayed here before and I’m a returning customer and still pleased!
