Good little spot right off the main Highway with lots of dining /restaurants around. A tad expensive for the room and amenities but used my hotels.com cash to cut the price.

Clean rooms and presentation and staff was great

The lady at the front desk was so kind and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. If I could rate 10 stars I would. My grand baby spilled water and she was so polite. We offered to clean it and she was not irritated by what happened. I could not sense once iota of insincerity when she told us it was okay. Her name is Callie and I want to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves for outstanding customer service. The room was clean, smelled nice and was spacious. The pool area could use an upgrade but all in all, I highly recommend. Customer is by far the most important aspect of any service experience.

We stay here alot. The restroom couldve been cleaner but other than that, everything was as expected

No issues with our stay, hotel was quiet and appeared to be clean. Parking lot was well lit.

My fiancé smokes outside and an extra hold was put on my room because he smelt like smoke after smoking outside. I wasn’t informed of this extra hold until I checked out and the room didn’t smell like smoke and not once did he smoke inside. Besides that our stay was good except for the tornado that tore thru the motel Next door

We had a quick overnight stay here. The hotel was very clean and the lady at the front desk was super helpful and nice. We would certainly stay again if we ever find ourselves passing through the area again.

The water pressure was low. The place was not clean at all. It was just ghetto.

Nice place to stay while visiting family in Ennis. Convenient location to several options for food that are within walking distance and close to downtown and easy access to the highway, The only issue I faced was that the ice machines were out of ice.

Front desk people were friendly and professional. We decided to extend our stay and they were so helpful in making it happen.

It was okay

Hotel room was clean but had a weird musty smell. Indoor pool was warm but hot tub wasnt working, which was disappointing. Breakfast was good and hot.

The hot tub was broken. The tiles in the bathroom in our room were broken and loose. The faucet barely had any water pressure. The fridge leaked water all over. And I couldn't check it early when we needed to come home early. Didn't ask for a refund, just wanted to check out a daily early
