Room was clean, but a little dated. Staff did their job but not friendly. It wasn't bad, great for a quick night. Breakfast was the best part of the place. Breakfast staff were awesome!

New Building in excellent condition. I would stay here again.

Had a very comfortable desk chair. A lady cooked an omelet to order at breakfast.

The pool wasn't working. Everything else was good.

Thank goodness for the consistent experience of Holiday Inn Express across the country. It alleviates some of the stress of car travel

Overall convenient location off the highway. Property was nice, bright and clean. Room was a good size and very clean. Staff was professional, courteous and professionally dressed in uniform to represent the company brand. Keep that up. It does make a difference. Please do share our thanks with your staff. One item to critique is the small faucet in bathroom sink. Too short.

Stay was OK. Facility is nothing special. Breakfast was not good. Shamrock seems like a ghost town. Desk clerk advised there were only 3 fast food eating places open because it was Sunday.

The staff were very helpful. Misty and Bonnie help take our suitcases to th car. Misty asked how our breakfast was and if there was anything we needed at breakfast. Very friendly staff. Room was nice. Beds comfortable.

You should be aware that we were booked into Lucilles Hotel rather than a Holiday Inn Express. Nice old hotel but you should check your listings.

Quiet

Disappointed that they listed this site as pet friendly but didn’t tell you until check in it was another $35 for your pet! This should be stated in the advertising!

Was good just couldnt shower because water was cold

Front desk not very friendly but Misty,lady that set up breakfast, she was amazing went above and beyond making sure we had all that we needed
