AMAZING

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The lady who checked us in was named Key, and she was outstanding. She went out of her way to answer all of my questions. She was exceptionally friendly and was knowledgeable about the hotel, bar, and dining. I loved her attitude!

The room we stayed in didn’t have working AC and because we checked in at 11 pm after a long day of travel, we didn’t realize until 3 am that the room never cooled. We have 2 small children and would’ve never booked a hotel in Louisiana in July without working AC. Despite this being a huge company and hotels.com allegedly having our best interest, the hotel refused to refund us. Icing on the cake- when we reported to the hotel, they said they were aware of the AC issue and “thought it’d been fixed”.

Nice and helpful staff

There is a young man working the check-in front desk and he is from Vicksburg, MS which coincidentally so am I. He took time to help take our luggage up to our room, was always pleasant, professional and kind. Everyone working the front desk was always nice and pleasant. However, this young man that checked us in July 4 went up and above. He is a treasure. Thank young man, I never knew your name .

Nice hotel, clean room and great gym.

Came in my room at 9:30am

Grounds and property were nice and clean.

Hotel and stay were great except I was placed on the dog friendly floor when I didn’t have a pet. I was awoken at 7am by a dog barking and whining for an hour straight. I complained to the desk, they said they would contact the owner but the barking continued. I checked out earlier than planned because of the noise. I’m should have been informed that I was on the pet friendly floor. I would not have stayed in that room if I had known.
