Reception staff could have been more professional. Bar staff were excellent, nothing was an issue for them. We had no view from our room as the window was set at the top of the room. Had a look at the hotel layout, seems like our room was one of the smallest rooms. There was a metal beam which ran diagonally across the room - not ideal for tall guests. No TV and receptionist was unable to fix this. Breakfast area was cramped, with a queue waiting for coffee from a machine. Breakfast was continental style and there was plenty on offer. I have stayed here before and despite the cramped breakfast area, I enjoyed the stay. I now would think twice about staying here or at least request a room on first or second floors. Parking is available.

The property appearance was beautifully presented, the room was tastefully presented and clean but limited in space as was the bathroom. The restaurant had a limited menu and the food was disappointing with spicy ribs with no spice or sauce at all and raviolli which arrived as tortellini with little taste and when raised with staff they said their raviolli was different to the rest of the world which given they knew it would have been helpful to mention. The bar was closed in the afternoon which was disappointing.

PRICE GOUGING!!!! I was charged $300 for one person/one night for a room the size of a closet because there was only one room left. The next day -- the same room -- was $95!!!! The hotel is fine, but it is NOT a $300 a night hotel. Triple the price??? Crazy.

Perfectly located family hotel and restaurant for soo many adventures in the Aosta valley. Our family really enjoed both dinner and accommodations

Beautiful place in the Alps. Very nice accommodations. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We stayed for 3 days and had a wonderful and memorable time.

Overall the hotel was old fashioned and a little tired. The room was ok but the bed lumpy and uncomfortable. The staff on check-in, dinner, and breakfast were great. The woman on the desk at checkout was channelling her inner Sybil Fawlty and carried on, what appeared to be, a private phone conversation whilst trying to process the checkout. We were offered to look at an upgraded room, at a price, when we arrived, but chose to stay with our original choice so the other room may have been better.

The common areas are great, clean, tidy, beautiful. The hotel has great views and is located within walking distance of the etroubles town which is a beautiful little italian town. The food is also good quality. The rooms though are not good, uncomfortable beds, dated rooms throughout and the bathrooms are old and not as clean as i would have expected.

The property is well located and offers enough parking spots. There is also a supermarket just beside the hotel. The restaurant offers some good range of meals but not as good as local trattoria. The building is old and therefore there some issues like lack of sound proof wall and doors, hard mattress, and a very small shower cabin. It is overpriced for what it is offering (though I need to admit I had a last minute booking in high season). The goods are the staff, breakfast and the cleanness

The hotel is clean and staff is nice and helpful. it is also in a good location. Breakfast is great. Downsides are the internet service with charge and the elevator that does not work before 7:30 am!
