This is a wonderful hotel staff and my stay was amazing everybody is just so friendly and put me right at home feeling.i will definitely visit this hotel again

Overall was a good experience except the towels on the bathroom, even though the towels were clean and well in place, couldn’t be worse dirty and stained ;-( have to go and buy some new towels at Walmart b4 shower, luckily was just crossing the street from hotel, nice parking spaces and really closed to i75 ramp, a lots of food options in the same area.

It was a nice stay

The hotel was very clean, but the tub had a chipped part, which caught my eye as soon as I went into the bathroom. Also, no scrambled eggs at breakfast. Because of the cleanliness and rate, I will return

The hotel was clean, but in much need of maintenance and/or upgrades. There was virtually no water pressure in the bathroom sink. The carpet in the room was severely wrinkled which created a real tripping hazzard. We've stayed at many other Holiday Inn Express locations and this one is not on the same level. Our expectations in relation to $300 per night were definitely not met.

I was sad the pancake machine wasn’t working but overall everything was great

Broken Window, loud air conditioner, bathroom tile coming up, clogged sink. I usually stay at another franchise but our group was staying at Holiday Inn, maybe I’m spoiled but I paid more for HI than I do with the other group. You had your chance.

Loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was near restaurants, gas stations, and shopping. The beds were also super comfortable!

Nice and clean

Immaculate property with personable staff. Very nice lobby/gathering area. Breakfast was delicious, and items were plentiful. Our room was very comfortable and spotless.

Bathroom was inoperable! Not in working order.
