Very nice hotel close to everything. Quiet surroundings, although it’s a very quiet town. Good room, bed and shower. Expensive but seems to be the norm in Uruguay. Respectful staff and breakfast is fine.

There is only one lift, should be restilyng at least

Was in Mercedes for 1 night. The hotel was good for a shorter stay. Nice staff, need to fix up the hotel a bit even though it seemed to be quite new.

Nice, confortable, excelent location, nice open pool, good gym and playroom. However, the rate is quite expensive for the services you get. I read many reviews complaining about breakfast, i recomend go to get breakfast in the early hours and it would be really nice , i went at 7.15 and it was great. The parking spot is quite tiny, if you have a big car it is possibly you found it a little unconfortable to park, and also take in account there are a few spots. Its also far to take in account that it is safe to let the car in the square in front of the hotel, so it is not a big deal.

Despite a re-do this is still a very tired very basic hotel. Mould, brown water, thin windows, weak pillows give it a 2 star at best. There is not much else in this town...but they could do so much better, not a holiday place.

Very nice hotel in the best location, in the middle of Mercedes on the town square. The room was brand new, comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was good and wifi was free and fast. The only little problem was that the elevator was not functioning at the time of check-in. This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip.

Es un lindo hotel al que le falta mantenimiento adecuado. El ascensor hace unos ruidos horribles que cualquiera diría: está cosa de un momento a otro se cae. Luego, la limpieza, sobre todo del baño, deja mucho que desear. La fachada del hotel reclama una urgente mano de pintura. Sería más cómodo con colchones más duros.

Lugar adecuado

Hotel nel centro della città, di fronte alla piazza. L'hotel è un pò datato, ma ha tutto, è pulito e la colazione è buona e completa. Ha un parcheggio interno che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Simples. Confortável.
