Unfortunately this was not a good experience for me.
I had asked Ashe i might be able to upgrade my room to 2 separate bedrooms, he said if something was avaliable yes. When I arrived to check in, I asked if that was still possible, he said yes something was avaliable BUT the desk agent also told me that my room had 2 bedrooms. I asked if he was sure, he said yes. I completed checking in, get uo to the room, only 2 beds... not 2 bedrooms.
I called down to the desk agent, he asked if i was sure. I advised him yes, only 2 queen beds.
I proceeded back down to the front desk, and advised that i did want to upgrade to the room with 2 bedrooms separately. I was then told, he had nothing avaliable. I must say, not a great way to start my stay. Especially when I called the day before.
Secondly, the coffee maker in my room didn’t work. I reported the 1st morning of my stay. Each daystopped by the front desk, reminded them. Nothing. Last Evening gentle a man came to my room. When I opened the door,
He stood there with a coffee maker. He didn’t say a word. I let him in, he worked , he never said a word. It wasn't working he did a couple of things and left
He never said it was fixed or anything. He left a he never said anything about the water.He didn't dump it out.He didn't tell us anything
