The room so noise and they don't clean the room at all during I'm stay 3 nights not even change clean towels.

The staff were helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

With the city center, also close to the central station it is easy to travel by train. Suitable for a place to stay while on vacation.

I would recommend this hotel. It is located only 5 minutes walk to Town Hall station which is just next to QVB. The hotel provides you a kitchen and laundry with dryer. Coles is just opposite the hotel and they open until around midnight.

The hotel's rule for deposit of 200aud by card only is quite annoying and cannot be accepted!

15 minutes to Central station. Very basic design. Only rooms ending in 06.07,08.09 are large.

The location is amazingly nice, close to everywhere, in the city center close to many restaurants and supermarkets as well as shopping places. The hotel's fully equipped amenities are all that is needed. Highly recommended.

The beds were too old and small. I will not go back again, not worth the price
