Good hotel

The breakfast was lacking. Would like to have had more fresh fruit and also yogurt cups.

The hotel is dated. The service was slow. It definitely smells a bit moldy. It wasn’t the worst cleanliness wise but it definitely could you a deep clean. Floor felt sticky.

I had a great stay and have been back on different occasions in the past and will be back in the future I have an opinion that if the room has a single shoe

Airport shuttle only runs at the top of the hour and it’s first come. I was told to come later and missed the flight shuttle. The front desk person told me it was the other woman’s fault and didn’t help me. Eventually he asked the driver (who was just sitting out front) if we would make another run. Which he did. Wasn’t there long enough to comment on other aspects of the hotel but this piece was important considering it’s near the airport.

Lovely hotel. Big rooms and super comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast with many option's. Friendly staff who ensure comfort, reliable service with airport shuttle and fast check in and out. Great location to Metro.

Wonderful. I gave 4 stars only because the shower head was horrible. Otherwise great place

It was busy at breakfast

My room wasn't prepared with bath towels when I checked in, and I didn't realize it until the next morning when I took a shower. I did not enjoy trying to dry off with just a hand towel! Other than that, the experience was fine.

We only stayed one night. Room was clean. Quiet. Front desk staff were helpful and nice. Breakfast Buffet was limited but adequate. Bed was soft but comfortable.

Staff switched the room type without telling us and we were surprised to have a 1 king bed instead of 2 queens as booked. They didnt even bother telling us and when requested switching the room to original booking they basically said that room type is not guaranteed.

Horrified when entering the 1st room given and discovered it was occupied by another guest. Second room couldn't be opened by either card key nor receptionist's master key. 3rd room had card keys did not work the following morning.

Very nice and friendly service. The only thing I would suggest is to have the shower have more force to it. Overall very nice and clean

It’s very close to Metro silver line. The hotel is located in safe neighborhood.
