Front desk staff was very nice and breakfast was convenient.

I have enjoyed my stay in your hotel but there are few things to improve in some areas. I have noticed the elevator is not too clean on the floor. There are some coffee stains on the floor of the elevator and outside of the hallways where we wait for the elevators in the main lobby. The dining room where we ate our breakfast was not too clean on the floor and on certain tables, The counter where the food was self served was not too clean in certain areas. I have enjoyed the hot food for breakfast. The bathroom needs to be upgraded . There are some stains in the carpet as well and our room was clean.

We stopped for one night recently in a mini studio with a kingsize bed! It was a large room with a sofa and small kitchen section. Very nice and confortable. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of food. Very pleasant stay!

The suite was well laid out and was furnished with everything you would need. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of choices of dishes.

Lovely king suites, very spacious. The desk was helpful for working away from home. The breakfast was quite good with many healthy options (chia pudding, turkey bacon).

I have been at this hotel twice in Sudbury and I highly recommend. Very friendly staff, a social activity on Wednesday.

The room was clean but not overly sanitized. The heater vent in the bedroom had toe nail clippings in it. It was disgusting. For the amount I paid for the room I’d expect a more thorough cleaning.
