In the area was good with just enough activity, not being super quiet or super loud. I had to switch my room once because of the condition of the table and couch. The couch in the new room was still stained. All of the furniture in the rooms which I saw needed to be shampooed.

We waited in a line to check in for 30 minutes. A man cut in front of us and said he tried to enter his room but it was already occupied. We were afraid that would happen to us because the staff looked very stressed and scrambled.

Second time staying here. I love the high ceilings, large room size, and the pillow top queen beds. Awesome shower. Large tv. Location is very convenient. The valet staff are very friendly and prompt. We haven’t had a chance to eat on site but looked popular and the bar had some good live jazz playing. Also interested in trying the pool next time, we will be back! Thanks for a great stay!

It was very nice, but i must say i was not expecting to pay 40$ a night for parking and 21$ for a buffet that is the same foods i would get at a continental breakfast. So overall everything was very nice but very expensive.

My room had a very heavy smoke smell. A previous guest had done a lot of smoking there. The hotel should have done something about it.

We stayed here for a night away and to see a concert at the national. The hotel was very nice upon walking in- there was convenient parking right across the street if you don’t want to pay for valet (~$20/day). The staff were great as well as the bar on site. Our room was very quiet. Almost too quiet, so if you sleep with noise in the background, bring your own sound machine. Overall our stay was fantastic and I would definitely stay here again!

Location has no free parking and very limited valet parking. We had to park outside the premises. At a minimum, they should have enough space for their own customers to pay for valet parking.

I feel like your designer read a book on good user experience and did the opposite of everything listed. One of the things I enjoy doing when I get a hotel is watching cartoon network as I go to bed. But the remote didn't work. This should be a big deal because good UX would just dictate that there should be a reasonable backup if something goes wrong. But is literally only a power button on the TV. So you crappy broken remote is the only way to interact with it. As for the shower, the knob in the shower is literally listed in one of the foundational UX books to be a prime example of bad user experience. I spent a couple minutes trying to figure it out, gave up. Turning on Cartoon Network and taking a temperate shower shouldn't be too much to ask for from a hotel. No amount of cleanliness makes up for that.
