Restaurant was fab, food and drink was hreat. No lift to floors. Its no longer a Mecure hotel and also doesn't say 'Sunday' hotel outside. Room was comfortable but with an overpowering smell of damp which transferred to ny clothes. Due to this i wouldn't choose to stay here again

Not so good thought having a spare bed by the patio door was dangerous when getting out of bed. No room to move in the room

It’s Decisive Deceiving. Expedia sells it as “Sunday London Stains Upon Themes”, It’s Actually “ THEMES LODGE “. Expedia Cheat Me Showing its 3 star Hotel with 8/10 Rating. It’s Not even 2 Star Property. This Property have “NO LIFT” & Expedia Not showing this on “ First Page”. It’s a 40 - 45 year Old Lodge that have Regular “No Water” Issue at Many Rooms & Hotel Staff keep Asking U to “PLEASE ADJUST” . Lodge staff ask U to Sleep in One Room & For Shower come to Reception & Receptionist Open Another Room for “YOUR SHOWER”. And for Shower U are in Queue Because they have many guests to Accommodate. It’s Like Hostel or Dormitory system. This Lodge & Expedia Cheat Me together.

I checked in late and had to wait a long time for the staff to check my room before I could check-in. The toilet was blocked, the water in the shower was cold and the door lock didnt operate properly. I would NOT recommend staying here.

We only stayed one quick night, to be near the airport. The hotel location was lovely, on the water. The patio looked quaint, wish we could have arrived sooner. It was near a train that could have been a problem but we turned on white noise from our phones to drown it out.

Hotel fine but Parking limited and be mineful of eagle eye system as even though paid for parking charged me on leaving and return which had to appeal to get removed

The prior occupant of the room had had a bowel problem and plugged the toilet. How this bypassed housekeeping is unclear.

The staff were lovely. The public areas were clean and looked nice. The room was a different story. The bed, bed linen and towels were clean. However, one of the sockets had blown and had not been replaced. The bathroom shower curtain rail and shower head were rusty. The bathroom bin had not been emptied, neither had the bin been cleaned. The bathroom mirror was murky. There were pubic hairs on and under the toilet seat. The toilet seat and soap dish were broken. The room was overlooking the car park and not having air conditioning the window had to be kept open. The room was noisy and the occupant was unable to sleep due to the noise.

Convenient location for us. Nice view of the Thames. No elevator and not easy lugging suitcases up multiple stairs

The property itself was really nice and location was good as it is right next to the shopping centre which has everything. There is also a nice little walk you can do by the thames river. However you do have to pay for parking which I think should be included in the price. It is £10 per day.

1st room did not have a view stairs in front of window and I paid extra for a room with a river view which they did. Change the room the room that they put us in had a river side view with patio but no seating just a broken box The room was not serviced after the 1st night and had to ask for towels and tea and coffee

1st the name outside isn't Sunday its something else. Reception wasn't great. 24 hrs not!. The room was a double with river view so you expect a view. But nope outside was a public footpath were everyone could look in on you. Weeds everywhere and high in cut grass. The room was dated. No phone although they claim room service. We had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. No hanging hook for those either. The water was hot though. We had RM 4 which was ground level. And I thought a coffee outside over looking the Thames would make the trip but that didn't happen. The car park was full and there's a charge. Apart from reception other staff seemed fine and polite. The bed was comfortable and enough pillows. Bathroom was extremely dark with a few spot lights in the ceiling impossible to do make up with. And fitting that held shower head in place was broken. All in all would not stay there again. Hope this helps

So I’ll start with what’s good - beds comfy, shower gel nice That’s it The hotel is very dirty We only got one towel so had to go get another one No hot water for shower in morning - got told oh we will move your room ( seemed to be a standard answer as this was offered to the people with ants in their room I didn’t see the point in moving rooms as how would that have water got asked to come back to see the manager before I left - surprisingly no one was around and reception locked
