Lovely hotel. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

Great location. Big rooms and friendly helpful staff. The food is very good in both restaurants. The place gets hoping at nights on the weekend but the rooms at back closer to parking lot are fairly quiet. We left something behind and the staff got it to us in Merida which was a huge relief. They even packed a boxed breakfast for us during at early departure to Chichen Itza for day.

Friendly staff. Excellent location. Clean rooms. Only issue we had was that the toilet in our en suite ( and in other communal rooms around the hotel) wouldn’t flush. It was sorted but repeated to be a problem the two nights we stayed.

It was very noisy at night and it wasn’t Three Kings celebration. There was construction going on in the hotel. It didn’t last long so not a big complaint.

Hotel looks like in the photo. Rooms are clean. Service is great. The included breakfast was a buffet which is excellent and could be quick. Their restaurant entrance is facing the man square. Could walk through the restaurant to go to your hotel room. Service is courteous

This place is simply amazing. The property is beautiful, the location is right in the middle of everything, rooms are clean, staff is amazing and the food is wonderful as well. Cannot recommend enough.

Buffet breakfast has something for everyone, even kids! Do not get a room on the main floor accross from pool as it is a main corridor and loud at night and early mornings with workers and early risers

the room was spotless, and the staff were absolutely amazing. one thing that should be noted is that since the restaurant is downstairs, you can hear some folks working until late.

Primera vez que nos toca desayuno buffet, siempre que vamos es a la carta y es excelente. La verdad muy mal presentado, pocas opciones y sin sabor. Nada que ver a lo que siempre desayunamos cuando nos hospedamos en este hotel. De veras que muy malo.
