The staff is friendly, the view from the room is very nice, the room is clean and smells good, there is a bus facility to the airport at 5 am.

The hotel was crowded during our stay. Free shuttle bus to and fro airport and Tung Chung, every 30minutes. Everything is ok but the pillows are too soft!!

Staff very helpful, location best for transit and they have free transport to the airport and near the MTR.

The hotel room is quite large but the bed is quite small. The location and shuttle are advantageous for a short trip near the airport. The bathroom is large but not very clean and the toiletries are inadequate for a 5-star hotel. There are only 2 free bottles of water and they are small even though we booked for 3 guests.

We chose the hotel because we have overnight transit in Hong Kong. Even though the hotel is not within walking distance from Hong Kong airport, but the shuttle bus service is quite frequent. So it is easy to travel back and forth to the airport. The room was spacious enough for 4 people. So it was a good choice for family of 4.

It was great experience especially with your family. The location is perfect near the airport. The hotel also provides buses to go to airport and Tung Chung Station. Therefore, It won't be a big problem in terms of transportation if you want to try the cable car or see around Citygate Outlet Mall

All about the hotel are great. But Traveloka maybe made a wrong statement about my stay. I paid for 3 persons room and should get 3 breakfast. Traveloka also stated that I got breakfast for 3 persons. But hotel said that I only get breakfast for 2 persons. Hotel said its Traveloka fault.

3 years after pandemic still the best hotel for trade shows.

First stay. Good experience. There is frequent free shuttle bus from and to the airport. However the shuttle bus going to Disneyland only once a day. We missed the shuttle bus (please check the schedule at the hotel after check in. I checked the schedule from the internet and it was wrong ☹️), so we have to take a taxi and it cost about HKD 125. The room and service was great. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a hotel near airport or Disneyland.

Staff not very smiling. Good is near the airport Convenient transportation, far from the city. The insurance for the hotel cost is very expensive, hit by almost twenty thousand baht, Thai, sleep 2 nights. At first, just 1000 hkd insurance, shocked to come back to the Thai card, yes, did not tell the full limit. I didn't see that I was going to say a lot about this. Two of the top hits :( Really dissatisfied. I didn't stay again.

The staff is friendly and the check-out process is also fast, there is a box for dropping room cards, so there is no need to go to the reception again the rooms are spacious though deluxe, Clean and the view from the room is good. Suitable as a transit hotel or hotel to spend the night for those who will tour around the island of Lantau especially for those traveling with children.
