Great hotel and location

Overall a good stay.

Very thoughtfully designed rooms with lots of space for luggage and plenty of shelving/storage. Many of the reception desk staff tend to be indifferent, but efficient. Breakfast spread is excellent. Our room however was uncomfortablly warm (27⁰C) as the windows don't open and we were told that the A/C system is shut off towards the end of September, regardless of weather conditions - so we had no way to cool the room. I think this is unacceptable in a hotel at this price point. Have stayed here a few times but will consider other options going forward.

Excellent customer service when we arrived. Shuttle to airport was expensive but perfect. The room was lovely and clean.

We had dinner at the property. The gentleman who took and delivered our order we remembered from previous visits . He suggested the special of the evening and a Caesar Salad, both to share. It wad a perfect meal. Service was prompt but unobtrusive. The shuttle worked as promised, departed on time and got us to our terminal promptly. The room was clean and quiet. This is a five-star property.

Total professionalism throughout our entire stay. I recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Chose hotel for location near airport and had laundry facilities, thinking I would have.access to a washing machine. But no, laundry is done by housekeeping and takes 24 hours!

Hotel fare away from airport if you walk in taxi doesn’t wanna take you because it’s short distance so it’s not convenient to travels

Fairly clean

The staff is amazing.We arrived very early in the hotel & was able to check-in 4.5 hours ahead of check-in time. We only waited 30 minutes for our room to be prepared. Hotel site is very accessible to go to the city.Every 5 minutes a bus from airport pass through to the place where to get subway train to go city. Highly recommended 👍

Nothing special

Mostly excellent; however, I paid the night before for a morning shuttle, but in the morning the receptionist could not find a record of the payment. So I paid again for the shuttle. (In fairness, the receptionist offered to let me take the shuttle without repaying, but I felt awkward about that.)
