Excellent hot breakfast clean

Prepare to be disappointed. The hotel is not well maintain, smells, and has uncomfortable mattresses.

We were there just for sleeping, so no way to rate the facilities.

The girls at the front desk are the kindest, and most helpful people I've met...Always stay at this hotel when visiting the area..Customer service exceeded expectations..big shout out to Gabby

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express this past weekend and everything was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, room service was great, and everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay—definitely five stars

Cozy room and the location was easily accessible to freeway

Very dirty Room muggy environment, lack of proper Air-conditioning, dirty chair, floor and moldy bath. Managment respond was "talk to Expedia". we did not stay the second day and evacuate the property

The employee Jeff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Absolute worst hotel with carpet stains everywhere. Manager needs retraining.

Generally good hotel that served our purposes on a recent trip to help a family member. Nice breakfast, good housekeeping, and front desk staff. Would stay here again.

Nice to see a new trainee, Michelle, at the front desk. She has all the great people skills, and will make a great addition to the staff.

My wife received a big shock due to a large live cockroach. No compensation at all.

Bed was horrible hard and uncomfortable Ice maker only on the 1st floor And parking always full. Some had to park down at Wendys
