We checked in and they required a $50 cash deposit and took my ID and kept it for the night. You receive it when you check out but it’s wild that they keep your ID. The staff was really friendly though! Room was kind of gross. The toilet lid did not fit on the back of the toilet? Like why?

Manager has not given a call back after I have requested multiple times. Staff was rude, the rooms were dirty and smelled terrible. Had to leave within an hour because it was so unsafe

Walking into my room, it smelled disgusting. Cigarette buds on the floor, the remote did not work and asking the front desk, they told me that they do not know what to tell me. The toilet did not flush all the time. Yellow stains were on one of the beds. I have never experience this with any hotels ever!

I liked how easy it was and that there weren’t any complications there wasn’t anything that I didn’t like

Terrible roaches in the room and cigarettes smell

My room 109, was dirty, only the bed sheets were clean, under the bed were articles, as ball, the bathroom has insects and roach, the bed cover was burn of cigarette, and the smoke detector was broken and out of service. I have pictures of everything. The value for the money I paid is not worth it.

Staff are great but the facility itself needs work. Management would benefit from performing periodic walkthroughs and inspections.

Had to switch rooms 5 times because of roachs and the shower and toilet didn’t work, one room had no fridge or microwave

This area is kinda dumpy, but maybe this is how all of Shreveport is?!! The hotel is comfortabe with fridges and coffee makers. The bedrooms are clean and updated. We did have a low water pressure issue in the showers (we rented 2 rooms) but all in all, it was a good experience.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Onsite guest laundry facility. 24hr front desk. Conveniently located near airport and interstate.

If you rely on internet, just keep driving. Theirs was absolutely useless. It is located very near the airport, so got very noisy earlier in the morning than I would have liked.

I love that it had free food and that it was a buffet! Excellent customer service and the room was super nice! Would come to this hotel again 💯
