We unfortunately didn’t stay very long this time but we loved the hotel, its atmosphere, it’s breakfast and the location was lovely.

The PuLi was a wonderful base for our second short stay in Shanghai and the welcome experience was incredible. All of the staff were very attentive throughout the stay and were so quick to help with any queries we had. We were able to fit in a massage which was truly out of this world! The Long Bar also makes a cracking Vesper Martini - and the rooms were very comfortable!

I spend around ~40% of my time traveling and residing in hotels. This establishment stands out as one of the world's most sophisticated luxury destinations. The service, accommodations, and decor are nothing short of sensational. The concierge, Mike Cai, was exceptional—almost like having a personal assistant in a new city. The staff exudes authenticity and attentiveness, creating an unforgettable experience.

Great service right from the start to the finish, accommodation was clean. Home delivery food was very delicious they listened attentively to all the requests made. Complimentary fruit every evening, minibar and an upgrade! Will definitely come for longer when I next visit Shanghai. Will be recommending to friends and family. Also all designer stores at your footstep and fully equipped gym

I had been to the Puli for drinks and meals on previous visits but this was my first stay. It’s an incredibly comfortable and low key luxury place - the bed, the discreet room service, the breakfast buffet, the central location, everything about this place is wonderful.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Puli Hotel and Spa. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Jing An. Reels Mall is a 2 minute walk, the Kerry Centre is a 5 minute walk. nearest metro is Jing A Temple which is on line 2, most convenient line which gets you pretty much everywhere. 20 minute walk to West Nanjing Road. Overall great hotel, perfect location with lots of shops and dinning options. Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. Spa area was lovely. Few observations however, the jacuzzi had some particles floating in it. I left the minute I saw them and also the swimming pool was a little too cold.
