We had celebrated our anniversary here for five days. All the service here is so wonderful, and we had a good time staying here. Will come next time :)

Great service right from the start to the finish, accommodation was clean. Home delivery food was very delicious they listened attentively to all the requests made. Complimentary fruit every evening, minibar and an upgrade! Will definitely come for longer when I next visit Shanghai. Will be recommending to friends and family. Also all designer stores at your footstep and fully equipped gym

I had been to the Puli for drinks and meals on previous visits but this was my first stay. It’s an incredibly comfortable and low key luxury place - the bed, the discreet room service, the breakfast buffet, the central location, everything about this place is wonderful.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Puli Hotel and Spa. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Jing An. Reels Mall is a 2 minute walk, the Kerry Centre is a 5 minute walk. nearest metro is Jing A Temple which is on line 2, most convenient line which gets you pretty much everywhere. 20 minute walk to West Nanjing Road. Overall great hotel, perfect location with lots of shops and dinning options. Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. Spa area was lovely. Few observations however, the jacuzzi had some particles floating in it. I left the minute I saw them and also the swimming pool was a little too cold.

The Puli Hotel is an amazing oasis in Shanghai, an outstanding hotel property, the staff are attentive, professional and personable. I can't wait to return!

Beautifully designed hotel in a great location. Staff is super kind and helpful. Only down side is the breakfast which is charged about $40/p and is not at the level for Asia. The other hotel on the same group in Beijing (The PuXuan) offers a more complete and refined buffet in comparison. Outside of that, we highly recommend this hotel!
