A great location.

I love the “small town” friendliness and hospitality shown by the hotel staff. Everyone I observed was nice and seemed to genuinely enjoy interacting with the guests. I also loved the old world feel of the lobby and the artwork in the hallways. Glad I was able to return!

Can’t wait to stay here again!

The staff at this hotel are so nice. The breakfast is really good. My room was comfortable, a little spartan but that was fine. Everything I needed was there. I love the lobby, I don’t know if you’d all it art deco or faded grandeur but I really did like it. This hotel is right in the middle of everything. The sea is 5 minutes walk in one direction, including the ferry terminal. The railway station 10 minutes in the other. I was very comfortable here.

Very convenient hotel close to restaurants and the wonderful promenade. Room was really clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and I would thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel

Having booked this hotel with my disabled husband , I was shocked to find our room was not in the hotel but in an annex 100 metres down the road . No one advised me of this and we had to walk up to the hotel for breakfast , very poor disabled entrance from a steep side street and through the garage ! No disabled toilet either !! Advertised area shuttle , not available , advertised as having a Terrace it doesn’t! Advertised as airport shuttle , not got that either , airport shuttle was the regular bus service from the port 250 metres , so we got a taxi !! The room was nice , small kitchenette but cupboards were over 6 ft high and they provided a step stool to reach them !! Not really acceptable for us elderly people ! Our only shining light was Pankesh our room attendant who kept our place immaculate and provided us with lots of assistance … he is a credit to the hotel . The hotel staff were ok , but couldn’t explain why the booking sites don’t inform you that this is not an actual hotel room . Very Poor and I would not recommend for anyone who is not young , fit and preventable 6ft 6 inches tall !!

Wish we could have spent more time in Brindisi, but we hope to come back. Andreas at the front desk was very helpful and the room was nicely appointed and very clean. Breakfast was a lovely selection. I would highly recommend!

The hotel is amazing especially with the friendly, supportive and excellent performance of Andrea. We had a lovely and enjoyable staying at Oriental Hotel. Brindisi is so beautiful and I encourage everyone to visit it.

This review is for a room unexpectedly in the Palazzo Bellocchi annexe, with breakfasts in the main hotel. A map for finding the annexe three streets away would help new arrivals unfamiliar with their location. Location in Brindisi is walkable from the train station and close to the harbour and it's restaurants, including the wonderful Betty. The Comfort Room in the annexe was a lesson in style over substance: smart decor, comfy bed, quiet (apart from the neighbouring bar), cool °C, clean; but no rails to hang large towels, bathroom water fittings guaranteed to soak users, luggage racks too narrow for even carry-on cases, and a cheap Amazon Basics safe which had to be reset on every use. Breakfast in the main hotel was tired and lacklustre: no imagination, mediocre coffee, and muzak guaranteed to annoy. (Business customers holding conference calls whilst we ate didn't help.)

Good hotel with excellent recepcion and nice garage.

I didn’t realize I had booked a room in a separate building a couple of blocks away. We arrived very late due to delayed flights. The desk clerk was lovely, but the key card didn’t work as expected, so we were left scrambling a bit to get into several unfamiliar doors with unfamiliar keys at 2:30 am. It all worked out, but it made check-in a bit challenging. The room was wonderful.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Main Street within walking distance to the beautiful port of Brindisi. The room is clean and spacious. The staff are helpful and efficient.
