I recently stayed at your property to celebrate my birthday in November and had reached out in advance regarding the possibility of arranging a small amenity such as a cake. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response prior to my arrival, and nothing arranged upon my arrival. Acknowledgment of such requests, even if chargeable, would have been greatly appreciated, particularly as it was a special occasion. I wanted to share this feedback constructively, as I will be returning later this month and genuinely hope for a more seamless communication experience.

Good place, service mind staff, nearby Icon Siam, street food, etc.

One of the best locations. Near BTS if you want to go to the city center like Siam or Sukhumvit. And near the boat pier if you want to cross the river to IconSiam or take a full day boat trip. But the breakfast options are limited and the taste is so-so.

Turns out it's a great location for enjoying Bangkok city. It is near the Saphan Taksin BTS for the rail mode and Sathorn Pier if you want to sail on Chao Phraya by boat. As Sathorn Pier is like a terminal for the boats, so lots of boats are stopping here. Other than that, the room is clean and big enough, the staffs are super helpful, the breakfast is good and it's near Cafe Amazon - good to catch a coffee before starting your day. Overall, I would come back to this hotel again.

If you are looking for nice lighting at room, then this hotel is just for you. Staffs are very friendly. Only downside is poor sound proofing, I can hear voices from next door and the loud banging of the door closing. Hotel located near BTS Saphan Taksin but no lift or escalator, so you have to carry your suitcase through stairs. Option, you can walk to BTS Saraksan aro 15 mins from hotel, this station provide lift.

It was a nice hotel. One of the highlights of the property was the toilet! They have a Japanese-style toilet, which I love.

The hotel room is clean and has enough space, clean bathroom, and one long sofa. The breakfast is okay and worth it.

Sudah 2x menginap di sini dan selalu memuaskan. Jarak hanya 5 menit berjalan kaki dari BTS Saphan Taksin, 10 menit ke Sathon pier, 5 menit naik kapal ke Icon Siam. Makan pagi tinggal berjalan 5 menit ke Charoen Krung Road untuk menikmati makanan lokal khas Thailand. Staff sangat sigap membantu, terletak di pinggir jalan tapi kamar kedap suara, sangat ideal untuk melepas penat sehabis seharian keliling Bangkok.

The location was great, the staff were very kind and helpful, and they speak great English. But my room was only cleaned once out of 4 days of my stay, and I already hanged the ‘ make up room’ sign outside my door everyday. Some guests used the pool until midnight and I couldn't sleep because of the loud noises.

Wifi didn't work and the service was pretty slow. The reception was quite rude.

The first day of stay, check-in was fine. But staying the second and third night, the housekeeper cleaned very badly. The bathtub is not wiped, still leaving the condition of use as before, the bath period, hair is still full on the floor of the bathtub. The hair shower room is full of water pipes. The drain pipe flows slowly when taking a shower, the water floods the sink, the toilet does not flush. Toiletries do not fill up, do not have to call every day. The floor was not cleaned. Just take out the garbage in the room and leave it. Used glass of water, not cleaned, not changed, leave it like that, the bed is not made or pulled. Just put a towel on the bed. Even though two people stay There is no handkerchief or small hand towel provided. Have to call to ask for a hot face every day The foot towel in the bathroom does not change, but put the same one that has been used and placed as before. I feel very sorry for choosing this hotel. Probably won't go back again.

The location is close to the BTS, the rooms are clean because the hotel is still new, close to places to eat and restaurants.

Clean rooms, new rooms, beautiful rooms

The rooms are clean, very luxurious compared to the price. The staff are very polite and friendly. Everything is very good inside the room. Food tastes good, normal price. There are welcome drinks and free cocktails as well. Will go back to use the service again.

Front receptionist was very nice 👍🏼 overall is great. Soft bed with bathtub. I recommend deluxe room. Though the room was not really spacious but the amenities were great!
