Todo perfecto

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and the staff was top notch. They were a bit stingy with the coffee though. There was a coffee maker in the room and only gave us 2 complimentary packages of coffee grounds. We were there for 12 nights. I thought that was a bit strange but whatever, we still had a great stay.

Very bad service, we had to go to the reception to get even toilet paper The jacuzzi was bad, the dirt was coming out of the jacuzi. Could not use Never pay for the jacuzzi room

I liked the area. Had some issues with electricity, that's due to bad weather. Todo super bien.

Nice place to stay

Las toallas de baño olían algo extraño, no era un olor feo pero si raro. La regadera necesita una limpieza, el acero ya tiene bastante sarro. Todo lo demás, está bastante bien y en orden.

The water in the toilets do not work and it was dirty. I was not able to check in because the room was not ready. When I came back that evening it wasn't ready either. The room key was deactivated every night and had to go get it activated.

Was good but to much noise at 2am in the morning, drunk people and management didn’t do anything to respect privacy from other tenants.

This was our second time to stay there. It is not a luxury hotel but it is very well priced and well-located. I felt like we had a very reasonably clean and safe place to stay for a great price.

It was nice and quiet. Staff was very friendly and professional.

The pillows are very uncomfortable. And the restaurant prices are a little too high for what it is offered.

I like the restaurant. I did not like that I was not notified that the pool was not in service my whole stay.

Nice place to stay for the price. Would stay again. Just don’t eat the restaurant because it was gross and expensive.

Very Nice

Not sure what happened to this place. I have been coming here for years, I arrived last night for my reservation. The room was ok. But was missing toilet paper and there were several mosquitos in my room. I called the front desk and no answers.

The hotel was nice ,second night we stared we purchased another coffee when I got to the room I realized that housekeeping hadnt left me coffee in the room .So regardless I bought an extra one so my husband was the only one that had coffee at night
