The hotel was very clean, the room was lovely and was very quiet. The staff were helpful. We asked for fresh milk for a cup of tea in our room and the waitress was very helpful and gave us a jug full. Our only criticism would be the breakfast. There was no gluten free bread available when we asked and the cooked breakfast was a bit dried out. Otherwise a great stay.

We stayed over night as we do every year but normally at another hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and much preferred this hotel, it was clean, quiet and the staff were very helpful defitbe back next yr

Great stay, room was a bit hot for me, I like a cold room for sleeping, mentioned it to the staff in passing and when I got back to the room they had delivered another fan, cool nights sleep. Room clean and tidy. Bed made and fresh towels every day. Breakfast and evening meals were great. Noticed staff were really helpful for those guests that had dietary requirements. Would have loved to use the gym, sadly didn't have time. Definitely recommend and would stop again.

Hotel was nice, we really enjoyed the pool and the rooms. We did find that the what in the shower kept going hot and cold but not the end of the world. However something in the room made my partner have an allergic reaction so I'd you have allergies it might be worth bringing up in case it's a pet friendly room

The hotel was clean with fresh clean bedsheets everyday. Lovely pool, but no cubicles in the men's changing room. Great food in the restaurants. Lots of things to do in the local area. Staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Friendly staff, dog friendly able to eat dinner and breakfast in the bar with our dog. Food good and room (although a little small) was comfy.

I was moved to holiday inn as Ramada was closed I had chosen it because my friends were in the mercure opposite. This was a mile away so inconvenient

Room was cold noisy pipes and drip sound throughout the night - wasn’t fixed despite asking not offered another room - overall disappointing except dinner fish n chips was excellent
