The staff was very friendly and could help us get directions to our destination.

Execellent service and the hotel is very near city center, super easy to access most public transport.

Amenities were sufficient and hotel located in a central area. Walking distance to taichung train station and bus stops nearby goes to many places around the area. Staff were friendly and bed was comfortable. Even complimentary breakfast had a good range.

Very good location. 2mins walk to bus station to Sun Moon Lake and other bus station nearby, 8mins walk to train station to Chiayi. Room is modern, spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our staying.

Great location, just across beautiful Taichung Park, also has outlets & starbucks below the lobby. A spacious & clean room, very good service, the front office crew are so courteous & kind... they even helped us to find a friend’s camera that is left in the airport. They really went an extra mile. If one day I am visiting Taichung again, i’ll stay there again

Okay room. Only the hotel is renovating again.

The bed is small for a double bed but the room is quite large and there is a sofa too. Breakfast is okay with various choices. Only the toilet smelled especially if you do not turn on the air conditioner such as after returning from exploring Taichung. The smell only disappears after the aircon is turned on. Others okay. It's easy to find taxis and hotels are easy to find.
