Nice place to stay for a few day while we were at the BMX racing.

The surrounding area were of location it’s a hectic busy traffic area.

Love it

We had to wait for the check in, because there was only 1 person at the counter. Later we were asked to pay the VAT. The reason why was explained in a rather unclear and condescending way, as it hasn’t happened in any other hotel prior. Facilities close at 6pm, which is very early. The rooms have no AC so it’s quite hot inside. Rooms are also small. The area outside the hotel is very nice.

Wonderful location. A little odd that it’s a headquarters for Juan Valdez coffee but they don’t serve it in the restaurant

Nice and beautiful

I enjoyed my stay. The employees were exceptional. They never seemed to bothered to help. If you stay there, do the 1.5hr Nature Guided hike.

I like everything but most interesting the people are very kind.

Tuve la habitacion 17, desde las 5:50 Am el ruido era terrible los dos dias que me quede, la cama muy incomoda, el desayuno normal. El lugar es hermoso, como hotel no lo recomiendo, aunque los trabajadores muy amables.

Marvelous and unique retirement place just a few minutes North in Manizales....this is BY FAR your place to go if you want a quiet and relaxing getaway. The staff is way beyond friendly and corteous, always willing to assist in every need; restaurant serves great food and the spa (included) is totally recommended. My gamily and I will totally come back here soon!!

The view

The room was comfortable and the turkish bath was enjoyable. The hotel itself is rather impersonal.
