Our power went out in half of the room on Friday afternoon, could not turn on lights in the bathroom. Notified the desk, came back early Saturday morning, remote would not work for the tv and the power was still out in the bathroom, had to shower in the dark. Guy working the desk said he could not credit us anything because we booked through a third party, even though paid the hotel direct. Go back Saturday night and the lady at the desk said we should not have access to our room, our key cards were shut off and should've changed from room 317 to 329. Was never told this before and our key cards we still had access to 317. Got our stuff around 10 pm, switched rooms, and had to leave for 6 to catch a flight at DFW. No credits, no apologies or anything, was not a good experience.
