Staff were very nice, and the room was very clean and spacious. An included breakfast would be nice but I would overlook that bc everything else was great.

I recently stayed at Simon Hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with spacious rooms that provide plenty of comfort and privacy. My bedroom was particularly large and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The on-site restaurant is fantastic — the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet refined. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the warmer parts of the day. The location couldn’t be better. Whether you’re exploring the city or travelling for work, everything you need is close by. But what truly sets Simon Hotel apart is the outstanding service. The staff were professional, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure every part of my stay was perfect. I highly recommend Simon Hotel and will definitely be returning.

Nice place . But you can hear a loud bang everytime door in the other room closes .

Clean and quiet.

No breakfast was included. Did not like being in the basement. It was very noisy in the hallways because of housekeeping back and forth. Room not ready until 4 pm. This is kind of late for check in. I hate the holding fee on our credit card.

The hotel is in a good location on the waterfront with walking options. The parking is very accessible and safe. We recommend this hotel to stay for an overnight to catch the ferry next day. The take out breakfast option was very helpful. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great location and beautiful water view

We have stayed twice and will be back again! The rooms are well laid out--having a separate bedroom and living area is wonderful, especially for lengthy stays. We wished the restaurant opened a bit earlier -- 4:00 instead of 5:00, but the food has always been delicious. The people that work throughout the hotel are so friendly. The gym is well set up and the rooftop patio is a nice addition.

This hotel was amazing!! The staff was helpful and our room was so beautiful with a view of the harbour and so clean. Thank you to our cleaning staff on the 5th floor. The restaurant was perfect for breakfast and dinner. Totally exceeded our expectations. Thank you!!

The Wi-Fi and internet connectivity needs attention. Despite having high end Ruckus access points in the room giving full strength wi-fi signals, the internet connection itself was very slow and intermittent.
