I'm a regular customer of Hotel San Sebastian. The staff is usually very nice and professional, especially the people at the front counter. However, this time when I checked in, the person at the front counter who helped me was very rude. I was very surprised because I've been staying at this place for years, and the staff has always been very helpful and cordial. I'm going back to Hermosillo on 03/26/2026, but this time I'm going to try another hotel and check how their staff interacts with customers.

Room was great for the money! Staff was friendly. Asked for extra pillows, which were not available. We were brought extra blankets instead, which actually helped. Grounds were great. Pool inviting, but we didn't have time to use it.

The hotel was relatively clean, but overall not comfortable. The pillows and mattress are old and very uncomfortable, and the bedding feels outdated. The beds are also quite small. The shower was clogged, and although I requested extra towels (since only two were provided), they were never delivered. The next day, a housekeeper could only give me two additional towels. I would not recommend staying here for more than one night with family. Also you can hear everything from outside. Perhaps the main suites are better, but they are very expensive.

This was our second time at this hotel. Perfectly located near the main periferical road in Hermosillo. The rooms are clean, comfy and spacious. Quiet location, great staff. Breakfast is MN320 and is buffet style.

Rooms are good size, clean, staff very nice helpful and friendly . The hotel location is not my favorite part .price is accordingly of location. Is great for 1or 2 nights stay .
