Our room was large, clean and comfortable. It was close to everything. We would stay there again if in Verona. The breakfast was good but we had to pay extra for it.

Superb breakfast (try to book it as included). Excellent location very close to the Arena and Castelvecchio bridge (a must at sunset.). Sadly, the under-sized bathroom, and chronic lack of hot water, detracted from the overall quality of our 4 night stay.

Close to Verone’s Arena

We returned here having stayed here three years ago. It is a modern hotel that is well located for the centre of Verona. Receptionist staff are friendly and speak excellent English. The room was a little small for two people to share for a week but it had air conditioning, a fridge and the bed was comfortable. We had two areas of dissatisfaction regarding our stay: 1. The hotel has a bar and the signage indicates that they sell an enormous range of products. However, it seemed to close at 10pm (there was no notice informing us of this, but it was what the member of staff said) and when we turned up at 9.30 asking for a bottle of wine, he seemed unable to sell us one, despite the fridge being full of them - he claimed that he didn’t have access to the fridge as he was just security! 2. We asked for extra coffee for the room, which was provided at reception only to be removed by the person cleaning the room - it seemed that we had to hide our coffee from the cleaner!

We had a great stay at Best Western Plus Hotel De Capuleti! We were welcomed by the friendly receptionist that offered us complimentary drinks and snacks. Our room was available early, which was greatly appreciated after traveling for several hours. The room was clean, updated and had a nice view out the small balcony. The room also had a small refrigerator which was nice with cold drink. The water was commentary if you signed up to be a member of Best Western. Breakfast had a great selection to choose from. The location was great! It was close the several bus stops and the arena. We would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff are only too happy to help. The hotel is located very close to the heart of Verona. We had a fantastic time

Nice, clean rooms and very close to the historic sites. I was disappointed that use of hot tub was only if you paid for spa time. It doesn’t mention that in description.

Parking options are very limited, almost impossible around the hotel

the hotel itself is very clean and modern, good location. breakfast is nice and a few different options, but what makes the hotel is the reception staff. very approachable and friendly. well done to the two ladies on reception.

We thought this was good hotel to use as a base on our recent trip to Verona, Venice and Lake Garda. It was a 20 mins pleasant walk to the main train station (Porta Nuova) and less than 10mins to the Arena/main areas of Verona. The hotel and rooms were very clean with maid service every day. All staff we encountered were exceptionally pleasant and reception staff informative. The room was an ok size (we booked the superior room) comfortable with a small balcony, tea making facilities and free bottled water (if you sign to Best Western). Good wifi connection too. The only negative was we could hear our neighbours in the room next door who had music on at 6am and you could hear them in the shower and every time they flushed the toilet. Our bathroom had a good rain shower and regular shower combo, and the towels were thick and fluffy. Breakfast was ok, the continental selections were great but the hot choices could have been a little better. We didnt leave hungry though and had plenty. All things considered, this was a good hotel and would stay again

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It was in a good location, quiet and a short walk to nearby attractions such as the Forum.

Lovely stay in verona. Bedroom fine. Maid service very good. Only a couple of improvements for the fridge to be cooler and more plug sockets. But rest was great. Thankyou ☺️

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Our room 204 was bigger then most in Europe. We were given discounted breakfast from 12 to 8 euros, and free water from mini fridge for signing up to BW rewards card. The hotel was perfectly located near most of Verona’s attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel.
