The rooms felt cozy despite the green carpet and dated look. No A/C but they provide a decent fan and you can open the windows for fresh air. Loved that! The hardest part was finding the hotel. Our GPS did not recognize the address and with construction on the small rd / confusing signs we circled around for almost an hour before finding the hotel. Parking is very limited as well but there is a garage. The hotel is linked to another hotel with the pool being at that location. The front desk clerk explained that it was a 150 m walk but we didn’t know what direction. We booked 2 rooms as we were traveling with 3 kids. We were given one room because our kids were unloading the car and the check in clerk “didn’t see them” . After that confusion we received the key to the second room. Driving is challenging because the road is basically one lane traffic going both ways and you have to boldly drive into the oncoming traffic to make it on the hotel parking lot in one piece. Bressanone is beautiful and you can just step right out of the hotel and walk everywhere. Overall a good experience once you get past the traffic patterns and communication.

Hotel with cozy rooms, tasty breakfast from local food. We were surprised by check-in procedure (in different building/hotel), wellness facilities are also outside the hotel building.

The check-in is closed at 20:00. We get to the hotel at 19:30 and front main door was closed and after circling the town few times we discovered that we need to check-in in another hotel that belong to the group. There was no simple thing as sign or notification that the check-in is done elsewhere. Also, we ordered 2 rooms for 5 people and we find out that the are 2 queen beds and additional sofa and the sofa was not the one that open to a bed but just a sofa with a sheet on it which is not suitable for humans. Also, the hotel got no air condition (4 starts hotel!). there just supplied ventilators and we sweat all night. The reception ladies at check-in was not helpful and suggest to help us find another hotel that we should pay for it which is ridiculous. Eventually and after 2 hours of check-in process we got a folded bed for our son and at check-out they agreed to refund 1 room out of 2 (at least that) that should be offered at first place but in general it was a terrible experience.

There is no amenities in this hotel. You have to go outside and walk in the snow for 200 meters and go to another hotels for restaurant, bar, spa,... The light didn`t work in my room, but the front desk was empty after 21H00. But the TV was working... And to get there, is near impossible. After turning 30 minutes around, I had to go in the wrong direction of a one way to get there. There is free parking, but the gate is closed, you have to park in the street on flasher, go inside, check in, scan your passport and after all this you have to go back and it will open the gate. Even the book information of the hotel is not the valid one,this is the other hotel, there is no underground garage, there is no restaurant, you cannot have the breakfast in your room... I lost money cancelling 2 others nights, but I just didn`t want to go back ever.

The hotel is inconvenient in everything if the room you booked is not in main building. Also, there is no air-conditioning and kettle in the room.

We stayed at this hotel before in 2005 and said we would go back and we did. The hotel facilities and amenities are wonderful but the check in and out procedures are not convenient for anybody. First of all the man at the desk cant speak to you. He takes your passport at check in and you cant get it back for a few hours because registration is not at that location. Because you are not registered yet you can't get wifi access. You have to go down the street to the sister hotel to retrieve your passport. Same procedure for checkout. Not acceptable !!!!

Posizione eccellente, colazione superlativa per qualità, quantità e varietà. Camera ottima. Struttura pulita. Unici nei la reception, non sempre presidiata anche durante il giorno, e il ristorante della struttura principale, che non accettava gli ospiti senza mezza pensione. Tornerei sicuramente, sono stato decisamente soddisfatto

Scelto per la posizione centrale e silenziosa, ho trovato nella reception pronta risposta alle mie necessità. Ho richiesto una proroga di alcuni giorni e un aggiornamento per la poca mobilità di mia moglie e il tutto è stato prontamente risolto e senza maggiori oneri.

Haben in der Tiefgarage geparkt…wenn man dann dort den Eingang benutzt und es nicht gerade gut riecht (modrig), ist schon der erste Eindruck dahin! Grund dafür wahrscheinlich der indoor Pool! Ich hatte am Anreisetag Geburtstag, aufmerksam wäre gewesen, wenn man mindestens gratuliert hätte! Ich musste meinen Ausweis abgeben, da hätte man es erkennen können! Einrichtung insgesamt sehr altmodisch. Positiv war das Frühstücksbuffet! Da hat es an nichts gefehlt!

Positiva esperienza , l’hotel e’ in ottima posizione per la visita della cittadina e dei dintorni. Unica pecca il servizio bar.

Struttura non semplice da trovare, in quanto ci hanno sistemato nella dependance. Camera piccola ma pulita, letto comodissimo, tv molto mal posizionato, wi-fi buono. Bagno molto piccolo, scomodo da utilizzare così come la vasca invece di una doccia di più facile utilizzo. Ottimo il parcheggio antistante la struttura. Colazione veramente ottima, completa, varia, abbondante e di ottima qualità !

L'Hotel Residence Gasser funge da "dependance" del "Gruner Baum" (ove si trovano le strutture dedicate al wellness). La posizione è ideale, proprio di fronte ai giardini pubblici, con il centro di Bressanone a due passi e comodissimo risulta il capiente parcheggio sul retro della struttura. Stanze dotate di ogni comfort e molto silenziose; colazione varia ed abbondante, sia nel dolce che nel salato. La reception non è presidiata al mattino.

Albergo dallo stile tirolese m datato tutti i servizi sono nel'altro albergo che dista 150 metri compreso il check out.albergo gruner da 10000 in tutto.ma il residence hotel del solito plesso è da 0.tanto più colazione da non fare.consigliatissimo albergo gruner è centralussimo da torre bianca e duomo.e'molto bello hotel gruner
