The place is centrally located in Prati, near restaurants, shopping and even esselunga. Unfortunately the place is quite outdated, and the breakfast was pretty bad. If the breakfast wasn’t bad I’d give it 3.5 stars. Also I found is silly that they do not have an irons. I asked for one and was told someone almost caused a fire so they stop providing them. It’s needed when traveling so it really sucked that there was no iron. Regarding the parking it is advertised that the property has parking. However they don’t advertise that they prooerty has 3 parking spots on a driveway at 15€. Then if the 3 spots are left they direct you to a paid parking structure at double the price. Three parking spots is a joke for a hotel to advertise that they have parking, this was another reason why I booked here for the parking and

If you're looking for a convenient place to stay to hit all the hot spots in Rome this is a great option. The hotel itself is dated but has everything you need. The staff were friendly. The keys to the room are large and heavy so you have to leave them at the front desk when you leave, but there is always someone available so it was never an issue. Overall, a good place to stay. Nothing fancy.

Very very pleasant and helpfull front desk. Room very small , looked different than in pictures, very old, Bathroom clean but shower drain did not drain well ,so could not take proper shower. Good breakfast.

The property was conveniently located to the vatican. Unfortunately our rooms were infested with bed bugs and we are now deal I ng with this at home.

Good hotel but my room was so small that one night was ok but more would have been difficult

Friendly staff. Slow Wifi ... the window wasn't closing properly so there was a gusts of cold air coming drom it ... it was 2°C outside.. The heating in the bedroom wasn't working even though it made a big noise... in the bathroom wasn't working too... Electrical wire covers broken in the bathroom... The breakfast isn't worth it, not much choices available...

I happened to find this hotel last minute and by pure luck . I was more than satisfied with my stay . 24 hour front desk service and breakfast every morning . The front staff was extremely helpful. I absolutely recommended this hotel if you are traveling solo .

Needs a safer shower. It’s a walk-in shower. Water goes everywhere. Needs either bigger soaps or liquid soap. Better mattress.

No complains about the front desk lady, i didnt get her name but she was so welcoming. As soon as we got to our room it was a little dissapointing, room look kind of dirty. Carpet looked rundown, then when we tried to shower no HOT WATER and even though Rome is hot, i dont want a shower with freezing water. When i complain they told me the water heater broke and it wasnt fix for the rest of my stay, we were there three days. Location was good no complains, there is ton of restaurants around.

Close to the Vatican City, reception desk staff was very helpful, room was big but outdated, ton of stairs ( elevator out of service). Breakfast was very basic but good, loved the coffee machine! Quiet area, two grocery stores near by. Enjoyed the terrace at the top of the building, for a late night drink with the copula view. One of our rooms had a strange smell ( foul)

Booked last minute because the original B&B type room had water supply problem. The hotel Arcangelo was very good for the reasonable price. All the staffs were nice. The best thing of the hotel was breakfast, which was included.
