The staff was super helpful and can assist you in English in getting settled in and getting around (calling taxi etc). The property is secure and they have people checking that only guests are on the premises. It’s also very well lit at night so you can walk around the gardens and bar safely. The comfort room was spacious and mine had a balcony. The building itself has a beautiful balcony overlooking the neighborhood. The hotel is super accessible to train, trams, and buses all within 10min walking distance. Was also walkable to the Colessuem (20 min). They had breakfast for €10 but I didn’t not use that service as there were plenty of cafes and groceries nearby. Also walkable to the Termini (15 min) for transport to other cities or to the airport. Overall, great stay and wonderful spot to explore Rome.

Everything is fine, close to the metro Manzoni (~7 min of walk), some pizzerias around to eat. Renovated chamber, etc. One inconvenience though: they have a small outside swimming pool, and when it was +36+38 it was full of water but not allowed to swim (for some reasons A-B-C ...). Buit overall, yes, I could recommend the Cross hotel for staying.

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. However, there was one woman at the front desk who had a bit of an attitude. Also, the air conditioning did not work well and the rooms were extremely warm and a bit small. Lastly, we booked this place as it mentioned there was a pool, but when we checked in and asked about the pool hours, the not-so-friendly woman at the front desk said it was "not ready yet" and they were "still working" on it. Very disappointing. But the hotel was clean and one of the nicer ones in that area.

Superficially a great hotel, but very basic amenities. We had 2 rooms with various issues. Scuff marks throughout the room walls and floor, and what looked like hammer marks on one room door. An infuriatingly temperamental electronic door locking system, which needed repeated resets to secure, no help from reception staff on this. Second room has badly fitted shower attachment and ineffective air con. They advertise the terraces as a destination; there are no amenities here, just wobbly patio furniture and no cushions - though they will bring drinks up from the bar on request. Reception staff were indifferent, waiting staff much more attentive and helpful. Decent breakfast, good choice of options.

Staffs: Breakfast staff very organize and polite!! 10/10 Bar staff from the night: amazing, polite, the bar very goood if u want to spend the night and have some amazing drinks Reception staff: didn’t have a great experience honestly, didn’t have a great welcome one of them ( the one on the left side) had a bt*{#% attitude Making me feel like I was asking for favours when I went to expend my money, of course I was confuse because I’m not from Italy, some things can be confusing sometime but no matter if someone is confused a good costumer service , attitude or vibe Change everything.❤️ (I never complain it’s not personal but felt so weird,)

They have the best aircon blasting that was great for us during heatwave . But the soundproof was terrible. We have to asked to be changed room since the garden music was irritating. The new room in second floor was the same we can still hear people from the next and above but luckily they left the day after. The lift is old and grumbling, I was scared to death that we would stuck in it during the heat wave.

To start off with the hotel had a number of drywall patches that appear to show they started to paint but never got around to finishing. When we checked in, we realized that our room’s electricity would not work when we closed the door. This is around 11 at night and when we told the staff they moved us to another room, but we had to move our own luggage. The next room was on the other side of the property on the 4th floor. The next day my daughter got out of bed and saw ants all over her bed. When I told the front desk staff they honestly did not seem surprised. As well, the clerk had the nerve to imply that we must’ve left the window open, which we did not, meaning that we are somehow involved in the ants going into our room when I showed her photos and videos, she simply said well. They probably didn’t invite you cause they don’t look like that type of bugs. I asked for one day refund of a three day stay and they refused. However, they comp the city tax and breakfast.

The whole trip was spectacular.

Stayed here as per recommendation of someone who had visited before. Area is accessible by the Metro and is about a 7 minute walk from the station. About 15 minutes if you have large luggage. There are steps to get in and out of the buildings so be ready to pick up the items. They let you drop off your luggage if you arrive early. Once you can check in they can have someone guide you to the proper building and can help with a bag if you have multiple. The room was well sound proofed as the only noise I would hear is if someone let the door slam. I definitely recommend this place if you need a quiet area that's still accessible to the main sightseeing areas.
