Both the property and Montecatini have seen better days. We were given a small room on the first floor with limited views and an unappealing balcony. The AC unit was noisy. The property gets some traffic from bus tours but otherwise seemed fairly quiet.

The restaurant needs air conditioning!! Very hot to try to enjoy meal.

Hotel is well placed on the outskirts of the town quite close to the funicular which goes to Montecatini alto. Hotel very clean and tidy. As others have mentioned the bed was very firm. Stayed for 7 nights. Overall very good. Good base for travel to Florence, Lucca and the surrounding area.

Great stay, helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was ok, a little similar each day. Good ambience

Great suite. Great view. Good staff. Great place. All round it was excellent. Also of note: Funicular railway up to the lovely montecatini alto, where there's some great restaurants was literally 5 mins walk from the michelangelo hotel.

There are two different kind of rooms on this hotel. The one I stayed was an old room with dated furniture etc There are more modern and probably much better, so be careful what you book

Air conditioning, refrigerator and hard dryer, hardly work at all.

I had 4 lovely days by the pool. I wanted a quiet, relaxing placebbut close to everything. Hotel Michangelo fit the bill. The lobby is spacious and modern. The hotel restaurant food was tasty and inexpensive. Buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and it's included in the price of the room!

reception good, received key, room unmade!! Not had that experience before.Room large but bathroom odd shape sat on loo side saddle because paper holder in wrong position!Shower over bath but no curtain.Very weak water jet. Too many dogs for our taste. Breakfast excellent. Super choice. Evening meals very good. Salad buffet was outstanding.Opted for that each evening for starter.Staff very helpful.Enjoyed stay despite bathroom probs. Monticatini excellent for motorway access.

The hotel was clean and our rooms were comfortable. The quality of food was really good and the price on the menu was reasonable. It was a shame that the receptionist was full of attitude and at times rude ( even when we were asking for directions). She answered all of our questions with raised eyebrows and rudeness. I believe staff need some sort o training to treat the paying customers with respect and dignity.

The hotel is situated in a quite area. It's very clean. The staff don't speak English very well. The location is perfect, near to the park with famous Terme Tetuccio, but there isn't signage how to get to the hotel. Breakfast was the same and uniform for all four days of our stay. Wi-fi is reliable. We are disappointed that the photos of the room during the booking were in a modern style, and we were accommodated in a room in retro style. However, it was very nice and clean. We recommend it to anyone planning to travel in Montecatini Terme.

Werden goed ontvangen bij receptie personeel netjes gekleed en vriendelijk . Kamer was schoon en netjes . Ontbijt was goed genoeg keus . Terrein en zwembad goed onderhouden . Hebben een leuke week gehad .

Struttura pulita e ben attrezzata, si trova a circa 300 metri dalla funicolare. Personale gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente pet friendly

L albergo è un albergo un po datato,anche all interno sembra ristrutturato nella hall e del ristorante Le terme nn siamo stati La palestra bella La colazione è un po lasciata cosi le brioches sono messe in delle ciotoline...la colazione senza lode e senza infamia Io di questa stagione farei pagare anche meno di quello che ho pagato io Non ci tornerei,siamo stati qui solo per il prezzo ma non lo consiglierei
