It was okay place to stay. The building was old, so we could see some parts need some maintenance or update on the facility. The closet was so old and stinky, we kept it just closed and not used. Breakfast was sort of okay, too. I am not sure if it was clean throughly? It looked clean, but I found a piece of hair when we arrived, and one of the shower didn't drain well. Also, we could hear the noise between walls and the ceiling, so I didn't like that. There are not many good looking hotels in this city, but not sure if we will use this one next time if we ever go back to the town.

Convenient location, clean, safe and staff was friendly

There's no bottled water, coffee or snacks before or after their restaurant closed. There's no other options close by either. There was no transportation available to the first train in the morning. We had to walk the entire 40 minutes to the train station.

A nice property with a good restaurant and good breakfast. All of the common areas are in very good shape, but the rooms are a bit dated and some of the furnishings as well as the carpet could really use a refresh.

Property not best location for walking. But great to park a car. No issues. And food is good. Staff friendly. Rooms clean.

It was quiet, clean, with an average gor yhr class breakfast.

The location is excellent for an overnight stay on the way to Malpensa Airport.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. The hotel is a short drive to the centre of Piacenza with lots of space in the car park.

A nice pleasant hotel with an excellent breakfast. Car wash and road near the hotel is a bit noisy in early morning!

The breakfast was reasonably priced.

Nothing special, could need a refurbishment once in a while, carpet floor in the room, make sure to bring slippers along. That being said, if you want a place to hit the pillow near the highway, arriving late and leaving early, it’s probably your best option in the area. Parking conveniently located on site, 24h desk, clean bed and bathroom coffee and breakfast .. all you need.

Easy to park. Good breakfast. Fine room. The evening meal in the restaurant was not fantastic, but OK.

Lovely room in a very good hotel, easy to find, staff friendly and very helpful. Menu not extensive but food was good in pleasant surroundings. Only negative is the pillows were hard.
