Property is very nice and staff very helpful but we had a lot of difficulty finding the property because roads around the property are closed. Also confusing because the property has two names and reception is not at Albergo Reggio nor are there signs to indicate such.

Great location in center of town. Annex to Hotel Posta. Breakfast very good for price. large room - I had a kitchen in my room.

The property was perfectly located just off the busy piazza. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Very quiet and always impeccably looked after by housekeeping. Front desk staff were helpful friendly and courteous.

Superb location, use of kitchen (all the utensils are there!!) and quite. Excellent wifi. Who needs anything else?

Very centrally located and a good option from which to explore Reggio Emilia. The hotel itself is quite old but the rooms are decent sized and comfortable.

Located right in the center. Check-in and check-out at Hotel Posta, which is one of the most famous hotels in Reggio Emilio and is like about 50m away. Clean and big room. Great bathroom with bidet. Very satisfied with the shower. Highly recommended.

Great location just a few steps from the mail square. Good size comfortable rooms. Check-in and check-out has to be done at the nearby Hotel Posta but it is just on the other side of the square not not an issue. This was our second stay at this hotel and will choose it again next time we need accommodation in Reggio Emilia.

The economy double room in the annex was very comfortable and spacious in a quiet area.

Great location, walking to distance to just about everything. It should be noted that you cannot check in here as there is no reception desk. You need to go the parent hotel, Hotel Posta for that. But it is just around the corner, easy to find.

Large room needs to be refreshed, worn and outdated colors and fabrics. Very small shower.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was excellent. It's a 15 minute walk to city center; we didn't mind the walk.
