Clean room, pleasant staff and good breakfast.

The place was absolutely wonderful; nice big room, comfortable, had everything we needed and well-kept and appointed. Staff was friendly and absolutely lovely; took the time to talk and I was able to practice my Italian with very lovely and fiendly staff who took the time to talk and offer help whenever needed. Finally, the breakfast was perfect. Great items and plenty of variety. Nice freshly baked items and capuccino, even gluten free options if desired. Finally, centrally located close to everything. Could not have asked for anything more. Thank you so much to Hotel Accademia for making this a pefect stay in this beautiful city!!!

Excellent location. Excellent room. The staff was absolutely amazing! The front desk receptionist told us his favorite walk with the best view of Florence. It was amazing! His passion was incredible and inspiring! Breakfast was pretty good, too! Love this hotel 10/10 recommend!

Clean room

The hotel did not have an elevator. Had to lug heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs just to get to the reception desk. Our room was on the 3rd floor, meaning even more flights of stairs. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was fine. Staff was generally helpful.

Great location and the staff were very pleasant. Room was large enough and clean. Breakfast was adequate. My only compliant was the bed was too hard for me.

Friendly staff, great location on a cute pedestrian street, very close to the central market. Nice walk to ponte vecchio and office, as well. Good breakfast with delicious tarts (spinach and ham/cheese) but with they had better espresso…coffee/cappuccino from a machine. Beds firm, room clean, albeit spartan. Recommend!

Ok but very basic . Breakfast not brilliant as not much choice. Most reception staff ok . Was given a kettle and tea & coffee when requested. Good area as near train and tourist attractions in

Room and breakfast were excellent. Very clean room and good lite breakfast options. While warned about the stairs (no elevator) I was on the second floor (2 up from the lobby) and the lobby is 30 steps up from the street so 70 steps in total. OK for a couple days and lite luggage but it does wear on you after awhile. I would stay here again for a couple days as the location is great and there is a great little Trattoria just to the right of the entrance.
