I really liked the staff. They were very helpful. The room was a good size but the bathroom shower was a bit small. I would stay again when I visit Greve-in-Chianti.

The photos of the room were misguiding. It was small with no views, litlle space and very small shower. The decor was old and incoherent. There is no parking nearby so we had to drag our luggage from the street parking.

Nice small hotel but access to it is difficult. Staff not very friendly but professional

Lovely hotel right on the historical square. The room was a little small and the shower in the bathroom was extremely small but the room was clean and the staff were were helpful and friendly. They had an excellent breakfast buffet included with the room rate. A lovely pool and garden area. And very convenient location within the historical square!! Will highly recommend and will be back!!

The hotel lobby and outdoor terrace and pool area were very nice. The breakfast that was included was first rate. The room was nice with the carpet being a little dated but clean. The shower was quite small but overall the bathroom was nice.

Cute hotel with nice lobby and restaurant. Pool is great and the hotel is perfectly located on the town square with tons of restaurants within a stone's throw. Pool is nice. Rooms though... Meh. White tile with thick grout. Random bedding. Not super comfortable beds. Weird lighting. TV on the wall with 2 channels. Rooms get a 2, the rest of the hotel a 4.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Although the hotel is right on the square we were not bothered by noise at all. The pool was also very fun for the kids. The staff was wonderful. We hope to return soon!

Really friendly helpful staff They even called round to get us a dentist on a sunday and arranged a lift there.

Staff was great. Rooms comfortable. Will return there on our next stay in the area. Pool and garden area was perfect for a warm day. Great selection of wine to enjoy.

The hotel is not at all as in the images. We were placed in the annex to the hotel, the rooms were very small and old. The room was not clean (clearly not hoovered regularly) with dust and hair around the room and in the shower. Furthemore to use the pool you have to pay for the towel. Greve is stunning, so it was a pity to have a dissappointing hotel.

Ok hotel to a good price.

The hotel is in good condition and in a good location. Also the restaurant seemed good, nevertheless, it is unacceptable to host buffet menus during this coronavirus pandemic. People during breakfast shared all utensils and did not wear a face mask, therefore, it forced us to eat somewhere else even though we paid for it.

Within walking distance from bus stop, staff were all very lovely and room was very clean. Lovely food and wine in restaurant

Great hotel in great location in the centre of town square. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Had read several negative reviews along with good reviews. Believe the good reviews, the place is small but great. The only thing was the air conditioning was not on, but it was October and at night we opened the windows and were quite comfortable. The other thing is the showers are small, but typical of the area. I would stay there again if I get the chance to go back.

Location right on the main square. Small but adequate room and bathroom. Very clean. Good bed. Nice restaurant in hotel. Staff were excellent.

Rooms were small but clean, bathroom very small. Good location, friendly receptionist and personal. The restaurant is fabulous, treat yourself and make a reservation for dinner

This hotel is great for exploring the Chianti region. 40mins from Florence and 60mins fronm Siena....plus everything in between!! The staff are fantastic, full of knowledge, advice and recommendations. The place is full of character, exactly what you want on a trip to this region. Loved it!!

Location is brilliant. Warm friendly staff - personable and flexible with guests which was greatly appreciated Id recommend to others - and would certainly return to visit

Dear Hotel Management. In room 101, before your next guests, please fix the broken toilet seat; unblock the slow draining bathroom sink; fix the air conditioning unit that doesn’t cool; ensure that hot running shower water is available 24/7 not just daytime and have change and reception for the local taxes your going to charge on departure. It’s not a sin to try and pay with large denomination bills. Thank you.
