Great hotel and staff. Location around property not that great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious although the bed was quite firm. The AC struggled but it was very hot outside! The beach area was great…chairs and umbrellas to rent. There was a lack of open restaurants in the area, this may be due to the time of year? Adjoining area appeared quite run down with a lot of trash which is unfortunate.

We stayed for 9 days 2 suites ….for 3 days my sons room was 90 degrees… he has asthma they kept telling us they fixed and did not… only helpful person in the front desk was Marika the rest of the front desk staff couldn’t be bothered… we had to get really angry just to get a fan… after 3 days they moved his room and had a crew working…. I will never recommend after spending almost $5,000….

Across the street from the beach but in the city. Private beach , kind and friendly staff

The hotel is totally remodeled and modern, staff is professional and kind, private beach is fabulous,the water is crystal clear and area has so much but surrounding area needs work. That being said the local folks are very friendly, no pretentiousness. Family friendly area too, and very affordable.

Great beds and staff

Our room was nice and comfortable with a lovely view out to the sea. It was a modern room I believe recently upgraded. All the staff were wonderful particularly Marika who checked us in and helped get us a taxi from the station. We enjoyed a drink at the bar but being March it was quiet. Breakfast was lovely.

Very convenient location across from the sea A parking lot is available and large enough to easily accommodate your car. Plenty of restaurants close by.

Needs a better parking space and air conditioning!!

What a beautiful place!!! Convenient and directly across from the beach. Lovely. Walkable to restaurants. Very clean and comfortable 😁😁😁. Staff is very helpful!!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach. I wasn't happy that we would have to pay additional daily fees for chairs and umbrellas on the beach.

Our pre-booked twin room had what may have been a hydromassage shower with a fixed seat that was so small as to be useless yet so large that it made the space in the shower cabinet appear impracticable. If it was intended for use by someone who is disabled, the seat was so low that a disabled person would not have been able to stand up after using it. So, we demanded a change and were given a Comfort Room - a junior suite. The bathroom had a huge quarter bath. Climbing in and out needed hand rails for safety, but none were provided. The controls for the overhead shower were faulty, so you could not direct the water towards the centre of the tub, and one towel rail fell off for lack of a grub screw! Three tv sets in the room but the satellite tv seemingly required the use of two handsets, and there were no instructions about how to use them. Two safes in the room, both with old fashioned key locks, but only one had a key! Wifi signal kept dropping. Breakfast was so disappointing in quality that we were not tempted to have dinner in the hotel. We did, however, enjoy excellent coffee and grappa in the bar one evening.

A good hotel close to the beach with own lido. If your are looking for a clean beach area right across from your hotel this hotel is for you. Room was clean, breakfast was good, and the restaurant served a good meal for lunch and dinner.

Perfect place to take a chill time and eating croissants! I advice everybody!

Loved the vote from this hotel situated on the water in Catanzaro lido. Not alot around it just a dodgy supermarket but the hotels restuarant is lovely enough you dont have to go anywhere. Rooms were clean and very confortable and the shower was to die for. A sit down spa shower contraption that takes a bit to work out but definitely worth it. Be prepared for the restaurant to look like something out of the godfather movie but All in all a great hotel for a great price.
