Fantastic hotel in the PERFECT location! The management and staff are friendly and responsive. The rooms are modern, and the bed is very comfortable. If you are visiting San Vito, absolutely stay at the Patriarca.

Aire acondicionado no funcionaba a pesar de los 29 grados (dijeron que solo a partir de junio por ley italiana) la noche anterior estuve en Padova con aire acondicionado. En el desayuno hay que pedir absolutamente todo al camarero. Muy incómodo especialmente si no se saben los nombres de las cosas en italiano

Good location, clean and convenient with decent breakfast. Was a bit loud though you can hear the people in the next room and also outside. Bed was not comfortable.

Proximity to everything ! Location, location, location ! Good value and breakfast.

The weekend staff was not to par with the staff that works weekdays, they were slow, not nice or up to par. The included breakfast was not up to par they were out of most of the baked goods, and oranges for the juice, fewer choices than usual, and the worst cappuccino i’ve ever had in Italy. The girl taking care of breakfast seemed really not to care too much.

A Good standard hotel, clean and the staff helpful and friendly specially as we arrived late at night. A shame we were on a busines trip and had to leave early in the morning as walled town looked really interesting. Breakfast ok

Travelling as a solo guy this place covered everything I needed. Safe, comfortable, and walking distance from a few cafes and shops in town center. What caught me by surprise was the parking situation. Less than 5 available stalls and an unexpected parking fee of 6 Euro per day. A small wrinkle but fair. The staff is friendly and they do work hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. If I return to Italy, I will definitely return to this hotel.

We had a lovely, spacious room. Everything was great! The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Highly recommended!

Stayed one night the staff were extremely helpful. We have two children so theres always something. Wish we stayed more than one night the town is great for photos.

The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of San Vito, and we were easily able to walk the entire city center from there. Note that on weekends, the hotel also happens to be in the heart of a bustling open market with loud music, people, dogs, kids, etc., so don't plan on going to bed early or sleeping late. The family run hotel staff was super-courteous and friendly and unlike American hotels, the hotel restaurant food was absolutely superb!

Our family of four stayed in a suite with a private bedroom and a pullout coach - we were very comfortable. Room was spacious, area was quiet while being close to town and restaurant was very good and able to accommodate our high-maintenance family (gluten-free, dairy-free, 1 vegan....). We were visiting family in the area and would stay again when we hopefully get back to that beautiful part of the world.

A little old but a great location - charming village of San Vito

Hotel and staff were friendly. Location is great..only 5 minute walk to the town square. However, the plumbing noises were terrible. We can hear our neighbours (above and beside us) flush the toilet and more....even washing of the hands was clearly heard. The plumbing needs a lot to be desired.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, hotel lovely and clean very close to San Vito town centre and the great gelato place.

Great service. Center of town. loved the rooms and the atmosphere. Great town and wonderful people.
